I’ve enjoyed Baskin Robbins/31 flavors and their consistency of quality over the years since I was a kid that’s why this experience at this location was surprisingly DISAPPOINTING! The ice cream was SOFT and tasted of ‘old refrigeration’!! Who has ever heard of soft ice cream at baskin Robbins??? No, I did not try anything new, it was my old fav Pistachio Nut.

This location is absolutely outstanding. really nothing but great experiences here, so i will be back. the prices are well within reason for the quality.

I saw a roach in my ice cream and they did nothing about it when I showed them but yell in my face and not give me a new one!

Stopped by for a delicious ice cream treat and met Evan who was an awesome young man! Got me a quart of Cookies and Cream even though none was available in the cooler.

Thomas took great care of all of us! Patient with children, and adults alike, and even took care of the pregnant wife happily, no matter how undecided she was for the moment! Banana splits were perfectly delicious, as were all the other wonderful treats he made! Thank you very much!

It was very good. We love ice cream. But, it’s ice cream - who doesn’t love ice cream? No one has chocolate chip like them - the little flakes are perfect. Yummy.

This location is fine. I come here usually in the morning and I get the same thing every time mostly. It’s always quick. I do feel like they ask extra questions to try to get you to order more things, but I suppose that is most food places. The food is relatively well priced for what you are getting. I do not like how much cream cheese they put on the bagels. I asked for a milkshake one time before noon and they asked me if I was sure I wanted it. So, most of the time this place is good. But sometimes they can be a little pushy or rude.

This store is so friendly. They always have my muffins fresh and hot for my staff. I appreciate their attentiveness to detail. Great location to support corporate request.

Haskins & Dunking Donuts. Very friendly and warm atmosphere. The staff always has a smile, and the service is quick. I stop there every morning for my coffee and croissant.

Very nice people who are u freestanding of allergies and take great care with foods served. Also amazing icecream!My only issue was that it was a little dirty here like the floors or leather chairs werent cleaned in a while.

Favorite place to hang out with my family and have dessert, coffee or anything you feel like eating. And hours are flexible.

Horrible customer service and even worse quality of food. my ice cream cone scoop was very tiny and it was melted by the time i got to the window. the person who processed my order gave me the silent treatment. will never return to this location.

Im assuming hes the owner (Indian guy) hes extremely rude. My total was more than I expected, so I asked him how much a si glue scoop of ice cream cost. I guess he didnt like my question. On top of that, I ordered 3 ice creams on cones. I then asked for a cup and a spoon, he asked me how many bc he will have to charge me. Ive been buying ice cream for years, never had anyone tell me they have to charge me for a cup or spoon.

People were nice and they had my favorite ice cream!

In my city (Birmingham) we dont have Baskin Robbins anymore.So going to get ice cream was like a walk down memory lane!

Customer service on the phone is the worst. I called them and the lady that was on the phone hung up on me, rude.

Highly upset would not let me use my coupon for my smoothie. How is the customer supposed to know the difference between a baskin robbins smoothie and a dunkin donuts smoothie... horrible service...

Boyfriends milkshake was watery and there were chocolate sprinkles mixed in with the rainbow sprinkles, which is pretty much disrespectful... But no ones rainbow sherbet tates like BR.

Combo Dunkin and Baskin Robbins is a great place to go where people can get coffee, donuts or ice cream.
