Prompt, professional and fast service. I dropped by for the 1st time requesting my company’s customized t-shirt creation. The gentleman was multi-tasking and still efficient in completing my request. My item was completed within the hour. Great quality, beautiful artwork and affordable. I will be back for additional items.

I went to them in the mall.the nasty young lady and thats a stretch acted as if she didnt see me. Bent over the counter turned her head away from me, refused to greet or recognize me. I thought the gentleman, again to say the least wouldve been better.. the lack of communication and customer service is crazy. Its no wonder why they had no business.. thank God I found a young lady selling t shirt and they also make them...thanks for the rudeness.. decided to invest with the sistas anyway..plus its cheaper and the vibes are right

Im going keep this simple. First off the customer service here is horrible. I recently had shirts done here. The shirts were purchased at a different location. I just needed the words & pictures on the shirts. It was a total of twenty-one shirts. Four shirts wasnt complete when I went to check on my order which was placed a month in advance. He explained he didnt have a phone number to reach out but he had my email so why he couldnt reach out through email. He claimed he didnt have the picture come to find out he was only missing one picture. I sent it when I made it home but for some reason the picture didnt go through so when I arrived to pick up the remaining four shirts. A shirt was still incomplete he couldve reached out through email. Today is the actual day I need the shirts so no more waiting you had a whole month. So I paid for the shirts that were ready the first pick up which cost me over $300.00 dollars with a 9% tax rate. The second time it was 65 with a 5% tax rate. The customer service was horrible, the print on the shirts were low quality.I purchased my own shirts. I NEVER will do business here again. This company loves our money but dont like us. That was displayed why I was present. Shop at your own risk. Ill never go again & thats all PROMISE. I spent total 370.00 dollars. The company I really wanted wasnt doing printing just saling the shirts. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.. This was my first & last time. This company just want your money & dont want to give or provide great customer service.

Extremely poor customer service! I was told my order would take 2 hours to complete; I came back after 2 and 1/2 hours and my order was still not ready. I asked how much longer my order would take to complete and I was told 20 minutes. I returned 30 minutes later and my order STILL was not complete! They then proceeded to push my order to the side to complete someone else’s order. Beyond unprofessional, I will not be returning. I would rather pay more money and receive better service

The service at this location was awesome. The guy is really friendly and professional. I just love their work. Whenever i need custom work done on my shirt this is the place i go to.
