I really just wanted share my experience with you all, because its just really rare that anyone actually knows how to provide what I consider to be great customer service. The experience that I had there! EVERYONE, was very pleasant and helpful, not to mention that they did a EXCELLENT on my shirts! Honestly it was a little more than I wanted to pay but I have to admit the customer service makes up for it!!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

This place is amazing! The lady, Becca, is really cool. I needed only 16 shirts for my schools poetry club, but I couldnt find any companies that didnt have a high online price, or required you get like 50 shirts at a time. They were willing to work with me even though her minimum was 20 because she cares about the arts in the community! The t-shirt quality was great and her prices are good too. Becca tries her best to work things out for you so make sure you give them a call.

If you need your shirts on time and done properly the first time I would go somewhere else. I ordered shirts from them for months and business was good until they started experiencing high volume. It seemed when their volume increased many obvious errors started occurring like shirts being printed in wrong colors, shirts not being printed at all or delayed, and designs being warped. Unfortunately, when these errors happened they were never corrected hastily, we have had to wait for 12 days for their errors to be corrected and they still werent .When we came to get our refund they told us that the warping was acceptable despite the fact that screen didnt match the print. In fact we were told by the owner that they return customers money based off her discretion and not based off the quality of the work done.

Becca + her crew worked w/ us on a pretty massive screenprint request. They were patient + helpful the entire time, despite a couple of delays on our part + the t-shirts turned out great!

I was changing printers because my last printer messed up several batches.I had a rush order, needed to print color tees with a quick turn-around.They werevery fast, helpful and professional, the t-shirts came out great, will definitelybe working with them again.

I have been using Atlanta Shirt Shop since I moved to ATL in 2016 and I have had a good experience with them. I have only used them for small productions, but I have been pleased with the service and turn around time. I would recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area.

Honestly, wish I could give them zero stars. I dont know anything about design or printing, so I was emailing with one of the representatives, who assured me she could get everything taken care of. After lots of questions back and forth, I finally submitted my final order to them, with clear instructions. We had even discussed it several times, and she never indicated she was confused about anything information or requests that I made. When I went to pick up the shirts, they were wrong. They were not like the image that I submitted at all. I submitted an image that had letters with color around it so the letters would pop, and and tshirt I received was just a black t-shirt with yellow writing. It was not what we had discussed at all. And when I picked them up and told her they were wrong, she was immediately defensive, said there were too many emails to sort through, and said that my request was confusing. When I asked her why she didnt try to clarify if she was confused by my request, she didnt have an answer. I was visibly frustrated, and she started getting even more rude and condescending, telling me that it wasnt her fault, that they wouldnt accept the blame for it, and that I still had to pay for them. Now I have t-shirts that are not like the ones I ordered, and Im out 450 buck. So. Not worth it really. Wish Id just gone somewhere a little more expensive that wouldve taken the time to actually understand what I needed, and ask questions if they were really confused.
