Small family business that provided Great Service for an unbeatable price! The quality was excellent and I received my order on time! Will Definitely be going back for all my future orders!

We ordered shirts for our family union, paid in full. $414 total for 50 shirts. We were told that our shirts would be ready in a week. We came back a week later, they were missing 14 shirts from our order and that we would have to COME BACK for the missing 14 shirts. I asked for a credit of $50 returned back to us because of the problems on their end with the warehouse. They refused to comp the cost for overnight shipping to have the shirts available for pickup. As a business, their expectations that THEY set, was NOT met. I felt that was a reasonable amount to be credited back to us. The owner Steffaun was VERY disrespectful to us. He interjected and began yelling and cursing to us CUSTOMERS about what theyre NOT going to do. We felt threatened, as he was yelling and cursing at us women customers with children present! Me, the CUSTOMER, threatened to call the police because he was so belligerent. The whole experience was very unprofessional and had us shook and scared. We will never go back or refer anyone to this business EVER. We chose this vendor over another because we wanted to support a black business. That was a HUGE mistake.

I have used customized designs for a couple of my printing needs and was extremely satisfied both times. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

DO NOT use this business they are lazy individuals your orders will not be ready on time and if your owed a service or product and want your money back you will not get it.
