If you know me then you know one of my biggest vices is cookies!! This chain is harder to find in Florida, so you know we hit them up when we saw them at Lenox Square. We did the three cookies for five dollars.They had two employees working and everything moved quick. The cookies tasted fresh and delicious. Its a small kiosk style stand in the middle section on the second floor.Im a classics girl so chocolate chip is my go to but the red velvet looked amazing. Maybe next time.Overall: ACookies!! Fresh and delicious. Three for five dollars. Do it.

I love great american cookie so much.. its my favorite cookie place. but, the customer service makes you not even want to step foot to buy anything. the man working the counter was so rude to me I literally had to walk away! so sad because I love this business. I think the staff needs more training on customer service. He was super angry, rude and yelled at me to my face when I asked a question about one of the cookies. never have had this experience before so I had to write a review. super disappointing and will not buying from this location anymore.

We were in the mall today and of course we stopped by Great American cookies as always. We were very disappointed in the service we received from Aaliyah. She was rude and disrespectful. I handed her my money and she put my change on the counter along with my receipt. I almost addressed her but I decided against it. I will never stop by here again. I wish I could give no stars.

Amazing cookies and even better customer service. Miss D, the manager had a smile on her face and tons of personality...she promised to make my sheet cake cookie cake perfect for my sons bday. Will totally go back..love supporting local franchised businesses that get it...above and beyond. Thanks Miss D.

Fresh cookies and samples are all day long...staff is friendly and very polite...and they are always creating new flavors...

The manager I forget her name is the everytime I pass by she speaks with so much kindness that make you wanna buy a cookie

I recently ordered a large cookie cake for my friends birthday. I think Johnfree (sorry if misspelled) helped us and he made sure our cookie was the way we wanted and even remade it when I could not make my first pick up time so that it was fresh. They even included a personalized birthday card. Little things like that truly go a long way.
