Great top line product and super nice people who work there

I really wanted to support this small business but they are unprofessional with poor customer service.

They have nice bags but their customer service is beyond trash. I have a hard time shopping places that don’t acknowledge you when you come in. Go to Alexis Suitcase. Don’t waste your time here.

This store sells stolen merchandise be ware!!!! On Jan 7th my purse was stolen out of my car a police report was made describing my bag in detail which Includes a noticable white stain on the side from my sons enfamil along with scuff Marks at the bottom corner ! Once the owner became aware that this is a stolen bag and under investigation she became aggravated and disgruntled shame on you for lack of morale

I had a great experience at this establishment the Kate (nude) Red Bottoms hurt my feet like no other I dont know how women wear them.. cI hewore them twice and for me the cut is all wrong but I was cute for a quick minute! I looked for consignment shops and from there the process was fairly easy..the owner made an offer after quick examination, your then given a ticket/written offer, then they explained that the credit could be used to shop or cash out...simple (30 minutes tops) I will return!!! I do have a closet full (to purge🤑)
