Reasonable prices? One of the pairs looks like something i would give to the homeless. Ridiculous. A lot of stores I go to say upscale....this store should be listed somewhere else or called something else. I was just visiting Atlanta. Wasted half a day going there. Reasonably priced ... got me.

The team here are really friendly and accommodating to customers and consignment clients. I highly recommend the store for shopping (high end bags, shoes and clothing) plus mid and low prices as well. Love it!

Terrible costumer service profiling

Leslie the owner, might be a little bias towards a certain group of individuals. I cosigned some merchandise at the Peachtree location. I called to pick up my items after they didnt sale and they advised that I missed the pickup date by one day and they are now sold. Coincidence they sold the day after I was to pick up. You decide. Furthermore, I was still within my contract so I threatened suit and guess what, I got my money. So today I see a great deal online and I was sent an invoice to purchase. Leslie cancelled the order without explanation. Mind you I have purchased items after the 1st ordeal because they do have decent prices. But after todays encounter, I will take my dollar else where. I truly believe its due to my skin color. I take my dollar where its appreciated. Might I add, the associates at the location are extremely friendly and always willing to help. The issue is with the owner, Leslie. Please dont just take my word for it, check out there reviews on YELP.

These folks are the TRUTH! No hassles when it comes to your money! They stand behind the agreement 100%.. I put something on consignment and they had my check waiting for me! Black and very professional! I recommend them to anyone who has real high fashion items they’re trying to get rid of.

There was an error made with my consigned bag (part on me, part the store), but owner Leslie handled the situation swiftly and with fairness.Everyone makes mistakes, but how a business chooses to handle those will separate them from other like stores. Love this store! I normally shop online but when I do get the chance to visit Atlanta this place is a definite stop! Wonderful staff and service. I’m a serious bargain shopper and customer service is definite plus for return. I can spend hours in this store and come out with tons of bargins🤗💙

Great selection of designer handbags and accessories. I especially like their vintage items. This is a Upscale Consignment Boutique that carry mostly women items and a few men items. The prices are fair. The only thing is the employee turnover is high. I would recommend.

Very much over priced i found a pair of tom ford frames for 49.99 and the lady that was assisting me checked the price twice and they came up to the price shown rhen she had this young girl come and she claims the price was 114.00 that was no where on the tag customer service None. Thumbs down they need to work on some things. I did not want to give one star. I would of bought the frame but wheres your integrity

Absolutely wonderful place to shop, I was able to find a gorgeous sweater for only $24, brand new would be $150+ the staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, even recommended places to go and see while in Atlanta. definitely will be going back next time Im in Atlanta!

We called to get info on a Louis bag. Mind you we have purchased many Louis and Chanel bags from alexis prior. The “manager” of Buckhead location had the worst tone and was so rude. Saying “your loss” and made it seem as if we were bothering her to just get info. Lesson: learn to be kind to reoccurring customers you’ll lose revenue.

This place is brimming with gems! Located in Buckhead, they have a great array of gently used clothing, accessories, and shoes for a very reasonable price. Ive bought Theory, Ann Taylor, and other notable names in this fab shop. They change out the window displays frequently, giving you ideas of what is inside and of course, how they can help style you if needed! If youre looking for a last minute event outfit and dont want to spend loads of cash, this place is my favorite well-kept secret!

Alexis Suitcase Consignment store is great! Big brands are offered here, prices very fair. I saw a lot of products brand new. A lot of items for $20, $25, $30. Excellent condityion of the products and the people that works here is so kind amd friendly. The SALE section was with 75% discount today. Definitly recommendable.

This is the best place to find excellent quality designer clothes for a discount.

Always Amazed The Wounderful Things I find something good Every visit

I shop here Oren to findgood dealsnon clothing and designer handbags. My only two negatives perceptions on the store is the customer service is okay. Upon my first visit I felt as though I was being watched which made me not want to come back. The designer handbags are over priced and they are not willing to negotiate prices (e.g., calling the consigner to lower the price some). For the most part, the bags are nice but I will not pay $500 for a bag that is not in the best condition and it’s used. Overall, I frequent Alexis Suitcase for the sales.

Great consignment store with a wide variety of items and great prices, my husband just wishes they would have a large selection for men. But overall very good and clean.

If you are name brand person its the place for you!!

I would give this place 3 stars except for the selection of Louis Vuitton bags. The shoe selection is average as are the clothes. As for the Louis Vuitton bags, I went there to find a neverfull bag but the prices were ear retail or higher then eBay so no buy here today. The staff was friendly enough and not pushy. Parking in ample. I personally liked Labels better.
