I would say in aspect of buying, they have a wide variety and good selection of luxury handbags.However, when I sold my bag here I felt funny and now Ive confirmed that I was ripped off. Africa told me she was paying me 60% of what they were going to sell it for. Posted at $1395 and marked down to $825, but I was paid $350, thats not 60%. Even after asking for just $50 more bc it was a 45 min drive turned into over an hr drive due to 3 accidents, she gave me that turned up face with the squeezed mouth area No, we just cant knowing they could.Crazy thing is I bought that bag from work and working directly with a vendor who now carries estate luxury bags I shopped this location to see how they operate. I wouldve been more than happy to bring ALB more business and more inventory but seeing how they lie to your face to give you bare minimum, Id rather not.2 stars for lack of morality and business ethics.

I came into the store interesting in selling a wallet and I was sitting around for about 30 minutes just for one of the associates to tell me that they would pay way less then how much I purchased it for with a receipt and fairly new. This lady was also being rude talking to me trying to low ball me. I do not recommend for selling your items at this location.
