My boyfriend ran over my flash drive on accident and completely busted it. I’m a photographer and I had a wedding shoot on there that I had not backed up. If I lost those photos I would lose my whole career. I will admit that I went to TTR crying and panicking. They told me they would do everything in their power to try to recover my photos. Even though they tried to keep my calm through the whole 12 days they were attempting the recovery, I was a mess. I just wanted the nightmare to end as soon as possible. I am happy to share that after 12 days of their tireless effort, the photos are back in my hands. Thanks so much to TTR, I still have my job and I’ll never have to tell the bride that I lost her wedding photos. I feel as though I got extremely lucky by finding TTR!!!

I had a 6TB Raid 0 drive fail and needed someone to help me recover the data. If you know anything about Raid recovery, RAID 0 is not a simple task. So I called TTR and had the drive shipped out to them and they were able to recover everything! It took about a month and I was super relieved. The price tag was arounnd $2000, but I was expecting it to be double that, so I was SO grateful. These guys will take good care of you! But hopefully you don’t have to go through something like this!

My MacBook was acting strange and it keeps on turning off. Been trying to have it fixed in our local computer repair shop however all my files were gone after they fixed it. It seems like the hard drive failed but good thing TTR was there to save the day. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I really had a good experience with them. They have by far the best customer service that I ever had encountered.

Recommended by Apple store! - There was something wrong with the SSD drive of my 2017 MacBook Pro and I couldn’t access my data. I later dropped my Solid State Hard drive at TTR Data Recovery and they were able to recover the missing files I had in my SSD drive in about 5 days. Thank you guys!
