Horrible experience brought my MacBook Air in for it not charging correctly .. I was told they would look at it and call me.. after 7 days I called them and they said the were still looking at it a few days Later I called back they said they had LOST it Smh.. when asked what to do they said management would reach out.. couple more days later found out they found it a associate took it home for some reason .. they replaced some part for the charger port and I went to pick it up was scratches all over it and the keys were sticky like someone had spilled coffee on it or something I brought it back and they denied any wrong doing .(my keys were sticking) will never return here again
