I had the same problem. I ordered products on 4/30/14 and was told I would receive in 8-10 days. The product did not show. I called several times and sent emails. I left multiple messages with no return calls. I only received the auto reply from my emails. As of 5/21/14 I still have not received the product and tried to call a couple more times. No response. I have purchased from them before without a problem. But this is crazy.........I will never do biz with them again.

I ordered to air printers on 3/27. On 4/17, I realized that I had never received the printers. I phone them and left a message. Having not heard from them by late afternoon on 4/18, I emailed their customer service. Customer service emailed back that it takes them 3 to 4 hours to typically respond. By Monday, 4/21, I had not heard back from them, so I emailed that I needed to hear from them that day or I was calling my charge card company. They acknowledged receiving my email but did not advise me of when the printers were going to ship. On Thursday 4/24, I did call my charge card company and contest the charge. I also order 2 printers from another company. Without ever giving me an answer, POSWorld shipped the printers, arriving 4/29, the same date as the other two printers.

I got a good product from them three years ago. They must have gone out of business, though. Their website doesnt work anymore, and the phone number is not in service.

My experiences with them are similar to those 3 reviews before me. Ive order from them more than 10 years. They used to be very reliable and responsive until recently. The last 2 orders from them has been a nightmare. The first one took more than a month, and the second one was order on 9/19 and I still dont receive my order yet (10/22). There must be something going on internally (changing management team, short of helps, etc.) I still hope that they will be able to come back to the way they were. In the meantime, I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from them!!One thing though, I notice that they turned bad about the same time that they changed their website. Is it related??

No Good. This company has gone done the tubes recently. Purchases in the past have gone smoothly. Sent the wrong items, looked used and worst off, THEY HAVE NOT RESPOND; dont answer the phone, emails...Stay away!

More than one time I have ordered from this company and they do not fulfill the order and leave you hanging. No one answers the phone or responds to emails in a reasonable time frame. I used to order from them alot and had no problems but lately it is not acceptable. Save yourself some time and trouble and stay away from ordering from this company. They are not responsive at all.This is 3 for 3 on bad comments.. Hopefully it saves others from wasting their time.
