I would like to give Nicole Archer, Customer Service Manager at Aventis, a positive customer interaction and engagement appraisal score of 101%. She followed up my order delivery case by creating a ticket when it got to her attention the first time, picking my calls and de-escalating my frustration in a very caring and professional way and very courteous until the matter was resolved. Aventis you have to give her a promotion because she deserves it and shes the kind of manager you need to keep your customers happy regardless of what kind of day they seem to be having.

Do NOT do business with this company. I sent a blade server in for warranty repair in July. Its now October and I still cant get an update on this ticket. Every time I call in, they say they will call me back and never do. They dont respond to my emails, in fact the last communication I received from them was August 11. Its now October 28th. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received.

Ordered through Amazon, the product never came. Contacted their customer service which was very rude and unhelpful even though I kept it professional. They were not interested in helping or resolving issues, just blaming it on FedEx. No refund, no replacement, just paid money to not receive anything. Save yourself some time and frustration -- just set your money on fire; or do business with another place that actually wants customers to come back.Edit: I dont expect you to control shipping problems, but I do expect you to take responsibility since it is a carrier you chose. Everything that happens between you receiving the order and it getting to the customer is your responsibility. In your messages on Amazon, you said you would not provide a replacement or refund, not that it was dependent on this inquiry with FedEx. If I had confidence from my interaction with you that it would be handled this way, I would not have had to reach out to Amazon directly -- who took ownership immediately even though it had nothing to do with them, outside of you selling on their website. They understand how to run a business.

Ordered a monitor on Newegg that sold through Aventis. It came earlier than expected and had no issues. Actually beat some other parts I ordered through Amazon.

I have ordered RAM from Amazon. I needed a specific product for server compatibility, so I placed an order, but another product with similar performance arrived.The seller apparently sent a different product and insisted it was the same product.They say that they only pay for the cost of the product and cannot cover any additional costs incurred. I do not recommend the company here. Find another shop.

Ordered computers from this company through Amazon. They sent a different computer with lesser specs than advertised. Said they would correct once I removed my negative (but honest) review. Filed a complaint with Amazon for Bait & Switch after they pulled this with two different orders. Amazon refunded me without having to remove my review. Hopefully they will get removed as a seller from Amazon. I would also check out the BBB as they have other complaints listed there!

In February I ordered a two pack of monitors from newegg.com. The order was to be fulfilled by Aventis Systems. Instead of a two pack of munchers they sent a single monitor. I reached out to new egg head Aventis thinking this was just a mistake, and they would gladly send the second monitor out soon. I was wrong! They immediately accused me of lying to them. I sent them photographs of the box with just the one monitor a total of 12 times. New egg issued a refund. I sent back the one monitor. That was the end of February. It’s now almost April and they still have not refunded my money. Thieves!!!

Ordered a power supply for my sons first build. Instead of the power supply they sent a computer case. Not a small mistake. We went thru newegg and they contacted seller and seller sent a return label and said once they get the case they will send out the original part ordered. So now my son has the other parts here and will have to wait at least a week to build the system because of their mistake. Looking at the other reviews this company has a history of this. This is completely bad business. Have contacted Newegg and informed them about the reviews here.

This company sold me a 49 monitor labeled NEW and priced the same price as NEW but it was a damaged used one. When I brought this to their attention they told me I should have read the entire description. Pure scammers. Lawsuit incoming.

Terrible customer service. They continue to send me the same wrong HP Monitor, so this appears to be intentional. Their customer service is terrible and has not addressed the issue. As a result, I have to go through the hassle of returning the monitor and ordering a new monitor. I will not be using Aventis Systems again.

Ive been buying servers from them for more than 5 years and I never been disappointed.Their pricing is great and it come standard with a 3 years protection on it. Several options are available for coverage that I wasnt able to try since I live in Canada and their service dont extend there sadly.But Ive used their RMA process to replace dead components and it has been fantastic. The process is easy and efficient.All and all, my experience dealing with Aventis Systems has been fantastic and I will continue doing business with them whenever I can.Keep up the good work.

Called two days in a roll either getting hung up on before reaching voicemail, or leaving numerous voicemails without reply’s three days later. Sent many messages on amazon And no reply. Bad bad experience. Had to contact Amazon to get a refund. Will not use this seller again

Was told by a friend about Aventis, called and had questions for the team and had answers and guidance from the team to a product that better suited our needs.

I purchased a Dell 670 workstation with 4TB RAID, 16 GB, Win 7 Pro 64-bit in May 2011. The computer had a fan failure on initial boot up due to the CPU fan apparently dislodging during shipment. Aventis, especially Andre, were great in resolving the problem, including shipping out the same day FedEx a replacement fan and holding my hand through the migration of all my old apps and data to the new workstation. Its like dealing with a super-responsive OEM but at much better prices. Excellent company.

Very bad service. Getting RMA money returned is nightmare. Biggest Mistake of buy over 200K worth of equipment. Will never buy again from them. Only sticky with them till the warranty expires. Never buy anything from them.

After dealing with another third party in trying to transfer ownership of a Dell Server That Was purchased through Aventis This is the email I got After spending a ton of time calling dell, anventis, and hintek solutions. Both Aventis and Hintek Claimed the other needed to fix the issue. Mean while I have a customer with a 4 disk raid 5 array that has a failed hard drive and I told both companies this. Last of all the server was registered under AG Consulting with Aventiss address which is why the transfer failed and upon asking them about it they said they have been Aventis systems for the last 7 years, but according to dell this is the name aventis registered the server under, which is why the transfer of ownership failed. I called and told them that and they claimed Hintek Solutions needed to fix that issue when realistically it was Aventiss issue all along.- Per the email below it appears they will not help anyone unless you are buying from them.Our apologies as we have been unable to successfully transfer the Dell Ownership as requested. We have provided the information that we have currently in an attempt to assist you with your request. In the event that the unit has has Dell Ownership transferred to you, you will need to apply for the transfer. At this time we are unable to assist you any further with this request with the information that we have on file for this T110. Since this was an original Aventis Systems purchase, we are able to offer to extend our hardware warranty to cover the unit.
