Horrible service. The staff dont want to assist and walk around in a daze. I asked the price of an item because they were obviously stocked incorrectly. The representative said, Well, its obviously not this one. That was the nicest comment. Stay away from that store. I heard several customers complaining and it didnt seem to affect the workers. SIMPLY HORRIBLE SERVICE. The management is NONE EXISTENT. THEY DESERVE LESS THAN A 1 STAR. IS THERE A -100%??????? AWFUL Ownership you should be Ashamed!!!

I absolutely love that you all have persons of the Deaf Community working in your store; I am very thankful as an intermediate American Sign Language interpreter. I love to see it.However, the women I interacted with in the beauty section were VULNERABLE.They need signage that they can point to on their badges to communicate that they are Deaf and can still help customers.

Used to be decent and it went downhill very fast! The workers prefer to text then ring you out. Always a very long line no matter when you go. Want ice cream? Want Popsicles? Not here because it will melt before you get checked out . Really wish some smiling faces would come in and clean it up!

The longest lines that exist on the planet are here!!!At least 15 people deep in self checkout and the regular lines just may be worse. These days its seeming better and better to either shop Walmary online with delivery or pickup or stop shopping Wal-Mart altogether. Its just ridiculous.

The gentleman who worked in paint department was so helpful in helping me find items I needed in his department and throughout the store. He was courteous and pleasant and knowledgeable about were items were located. The store has renovations going on but things were pretty organized. Lines were okay, though I was in there around 11am.

Under construction when I was there so some things not available.A little hard to walk to during the day. Is right across from Home Depot on a very busy street. Think a traffic light or cross walk would be good.Well stocked.A little short of check out lanes.

Everything I needed was in stock... I was able to get in and out of the store in record time.

Wasnt great but I was able to get everything I needed. Only 2 regular checkout lanes were open which were very long. I was able to use the new self checkout lanes which was really fast.

Did grocery pickup for the last time there! Multiple times, one or two items would be missing! Sure mistakes happen, but this last time; there is completely zero room for excuses here! Over half of our entire order ($226 total) was missing! Yet I was charged for it! When taking what we did have back in the store, the ladies at customer service were rude, and wouldn’t even help! My boyfriend then had to drive all the way back to the pickup only to be met with attitude, and the “manager” over grocery pickup asked the guy if he scanned all the carts for the order, the guy said yeah he did, and basically brushed it off! My boyfriend did not receive that well. So after almost 45 minutes the “manager” (I’m putting that in quotations because I saw nothing on her name tag indicating lead or manager title) came up and told me that the app would indicate if something was out of stock! LIES!!! Because the only substitution request from the app was for Country Crock plant butter which I approved but was also missing! Grapes I requested were weighed and I was charged for them by “final weight” but yet they were also missing from the order! However they “substituted” $14 deluxe mixed nuts for $5 Planters mixed nuts without adjusting it on the app still charging me for the $14 mix! And when looking back on the app, none of the items I searched for that were missing from said order said out of stock! So it’s appearing more sketchy and suspicious either way! Save yourself and your family the trouble, or headache and go down the road to Kroger! You’ll get everything in your click list order 100%! Kroger even forgot one of our bags and made it right by us immediately! Never ever going back to Walmart again! I’d rather drive almost an hour to the Walmart in Hiram Georgia than deal with this location again!

Came at 10:30. They blocked the doors & wouldn’t let me in. & said they close at 10:30. Hours clearly state 11. 30 mins is ample time to shop for last min items. & staff shouldnt be cleaning up etc, till all customers leave anyway.

Absolute worst experience ever! The staff on both the Customer Service counter and in the grocery pickup are horrendous!!! They have that over the top you are a huge inconvenience attitude and did everything and said anything to prevent the store manager from being called on and not in a good way either. They dont take any accountability for their attitude, actions, and negligence when dealing with pickup grocery orders. They dont care if they only give you half your order, not report changes in your order, and charge you for the entire order. We cought them in several lies which makes us wonder if they are doing a scam in the grocery pickup department. This all comes down to one thing, an extremely incompetent store manager who does not want to be bothered with nothing. Go to the store and you will see so much disarray on the shelves with lots of product missing, yet their direct competitor, Kroger, which is just up the road, is well stocked, so no excuse with the supply chain causing problems at this location. Heck even the WalMart in Hiram is way better stocked and managed. Shame on this store and their complete lack of management. Dont forget that your CUSTOMERS pay your checks! You definitely lost our business perminantly!

This Supercenter has an excellent pick-up service. The staff is friendly, accommodating and quick loading of bags into the vehicle.

They didnt have a lot of simple items. Overall its a walmart experience at lunch time... but they did have plenty of cashiers and they always seem to be eager to get you in the line....and no attitude which is rare sometimes in atl..lol. its my local walmart so...I go once a month or so

Downloading the app for curbside service is your best option for faster service. The young man that brought my order out was nice and friendly.

The worse customer service. The only one in line and the cashier was helping another employee with her back turned for about 5 minutes and then turned around and said no greeting or acknowledged that I was standing there waiting, also she was talking and it was not to me, so I thought she was talking to herself but when I looked she had her ear buds on having a full conversation with that person, she should have taken a break to talk on the phone. This is a cool Walmart. Its not as great as many others, but itll do. The location is stocked with many items so I have no complaints. My only issue is that they removed the self scanners so you have to find an employee to ask for the price of something that isnt clearly marked.

I had my daughter prescription sent to this location for pick-up. They told me 30-35 minutes. Waiting for an hour for the pharmacy to say they are closed and come back at 2:30pm after there break. She’s not going to fill it before the break. Never again!!!!! Totally unprofessional to have a client wait 30 mins over time just to close with out there prescriptions.

Its always so crowded and they never have what you want. Its almost as if the ordering process is off badly.In my household we drink spring water but they never have it on the shelves. Only purified water.. They really need to do better with ordering an putting items on the shelves

This poor Walmart is often under stocked, out of food, parking lot is always trashed. Its rough. Im trying to think of something good to say - to be honest Research Center (Cascade) is a better option.

Inventory is the issue here. I was shocked to see only tide and gain detergent in stock as an example. I couldnt find any syran wrap at all. Empty shelves in various departments. The socks missing from the only pj set in my size. Finding a clean, well stocked, efficient Walmart in ATL is a unicorn.

Came to pick up order, being that I received text it was ready for pickup. Called pickup number no answer, call 5 more times, no answer. Went in store talked to a manager who called someone on walkie talkie on then she preceded to do something at register without telling me anything. So I called pick up number again someone finally answered and was quite rude and when they came to bring out order the lady besides me was waiting and the clerk was cussing and being loud she obviously knew the lady but it was so ratchet to hear that profanity. This store needs to get quality clerks.

It needs to be ran better the parking lot is always dirty. Overall the store does not have a clean appearance. lines are always long.

I went to multiple registers at this location including actual cashiers, and none were taking cash. Keep in mind this is Summer 2021, not during the quarantine and coin shortage. Not taking cash at this point is completely unacceptable!!!

Long lines dont expect to find help from staff they pass you by or hide when customers look like they need help so just the normal i guess i dont shop walmart unless its last resort

It looks like theyre redoing the store. A lot of shelves are empty, however I was able to find most of what I was looking for.

I had installed a set of recessed lights and candleabras the bulbs were combination of L.E.D. and old incandescent I was able to buy a rotary dimmer from Walmart for $6 that properly dimmed the electronic l.e.d. bulbs and incandescents simultaneously. This will most likely change to separate switching or matching bulb color sometime but for now Walmart was definitely there for me on the dimmer. Good looking out Walmart.

I road the bus up there about a month ago at 8 or 9 sumn and they closed early. Of course I was highly upset because the bus run every 30 min. I want to go up there now but they are not answering the phone to confirm if the store is open or not. Inconsistency of schedule and lack of communication is a back breaker to us people who depend on it. Im sure they dont care though. Me looking from the outside, I believe the whole staff needs to be replaced because this type of organization spreads frustration and uncertainty throughout the city. Im bout to take my chances again though. Wish me luck.

Its Wal-mart. Always difficult to find assistance when you need it and typically very few register opens. Employees move with little to no urgency. Not many better options in the area, but only come here as a last resort.

Prices and store items are conducive to the area in which I reside. Only negative is there are 8 check out lanes with only 3 open with no express check out or self check out available.

There are always items missing on the shelves and need to be stocked. Id rate it five stars if their shelves were fully stocked with no items missing...

The customer survive got better than last time I went. Any time i asked for help looking for something the associates were friendly and either told me exactly where to go or literally walked me where i needed to be. Kudos

Grocery pickup is terrible, they packed my car twice with 2 wrong deliveries. I had to return back to the store 4 times. I asked where my order was, and was told that it went out with a wrong customer. I want to let you know 12 minutes later, one of their new workers came out the door with an order. I asked whose order that was, and he stated mine. I looked at the his co-worker who lied to me about my order, and confronted him for telling me that it had left the store. I realized at that point that he didnt I dont I to go get it. He was too busy on hos phone having off the job conversations. I phoned the store to speak to the manager over that department, and was given his number, but he never called me back.

Managers have instructed the staff not to answer the phone. Try calling yourself and youll see. This store really needs to hire more people. This is a systemic issue.

There was no line to order but a wait for your pizza even though they said that it was time to come pick it up. Wow and they were confused as to who paid and who didnt they where playing in the pack and in the front lobby and didnt care how long they where taking with peoples food.

I had one of the Tyson frozen Boneless chicken breast that was recalled and I exchanged it for the Walmart brand which was larger. I had no problems at all returning it.

Typical HOOD Walmart that NEVER have what you need when you need it. The shelves are ALWAYS empty and they are slow on restocking. Most items are typically catered to a certain race of people. Staff is not customer friendly and are QUICK to tell you This Is Not My Department when you have a question ~~END OF STORY~~

This Walmart is in a class of its own. I stood in the return line for about 45min to find out I couldn’t get a return. A simple return turned into a havoc. The Walmart Representative starting arguing and got very disrespectful over a return I couldn’t get. Store hours are listed as closing time being at 11pm and I arrived at 1033 only to be stopped at the door saying “we stop letting people in at 1030pm”! If a store doesn’t close until 11pm I would think I had until 11pm to get serviced! very disappointed, tried contacting management as well but of course that was unsuccessful as well

Visited store for 2 reasons: pharmacy and none food items. Pharmacy staff was very efficient and prompt. Remains pleasant, professional and appropriately personable in their busyness. Other shopping: found everything ok. Checkout was quick. In and out. Loved it!
