Be sure to thoroughly review their work—I did not and paid the price ($300 vs $175). I had a water damaged phone with a failed screen. They used a new screen to allow me to pull my data off, then could have returned that new screen if there were other problems that made the phone unusable (saving me money). I trusted that they tested the phone thoroughly—phone calling, camera, mic and speaker—but those never worked for me after I received it.

True confession: I apparently have slippery fingers and have dropped my phone and caused various issues to my phone more times than Id like to admit over the last year+. Phone Tech has become the ONLY place I will take my phone. I 100% trust this company. The service is always high quality with great professionalism and honest advice. Like a primary care doctor who knows your medical history to better understand your current situation, Nathan knows the ins and outs of my phones history and can therefore diagnose and fix any issue I have super quickly. The person at the desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. He offered service to another customer immediately after telling me he could not do it. I was told that my mic would be fixed and once I came back the phone screen was fixed but the mic was not working.

Fantastic work at a fair price! A competing store further away had a cheaper price, but consistent reviews and an ETA less than most stores prompted me to check out Phone Tech. Im glad I did as Nathan did an excellent job in the time it took to grab a sandwich. Id recommend them without hesitation.

This is one of the best repair experiences I have had for a phone. I am an engineer and tend to try my hand at repairing my phone when I can, but it is time I often dont have. Ive had other, less experienced, repair shops really mess up electronics. And dont get me started on the Apple Store with its long waits, 4 hour appointment windows, and $300 phone repairs. I was so pleased with PHONE TECH - I walked in, handed him my phone, and $50 and 30 minutes later I had my battery replaced. He gave me advice on some other minor repair issues I had for far less than Apple did, and was great to deal with. So many of these phone repair places have untrained employees who have no clue what they are doing - Phone Tech is a great value and Id recommend it.

Over the past two years, I have used this company to repair my cell phone and had never had a poor experience. However, today was the first time I worked with the manager of the store and was highly disappointed with his professionalism, or lack thereof and his unwillingness to issue a refund for a phone battery that I purchased on behalf of a friend. This business owner, offered to issue me a $10 refund despite the fine print on their receipt stating that a 75% refund would be issued on any item if returned within 30 days....only 3 days had passed since the initial purchase. Once asked why he was not willing to adhere to the return policy on the receipt, he stated There is a labor charge. After this information, I offered to remove the battery from the cell phone myself. He then responded by saying there are other fees as well, but he never articulated what those additional fees were. He lacked professionalism, customer service, and business etiquette. He insinuated that perhaps my friend did not have either of the chargers she attempted to use actually contacted to the outlet. This quasi-business owner/manager does not value the customer and from my experience is a thief and a crook. Please spare yourself and take your business elsewhere

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Nathan is extremely caring and helped me with the technology problems I was experiencing. He spent 2+ hours helping me with my technology issues. OMG. Simon at Phone Tech is a life saver. I accidentally dropped my iPhone 6s into the toilet. The screen wouldnt turn on. So i put it in rice and ran to ATT. I had a nice experience here with Dan. My phone wouldnt recognize my new SIM card and AT&T wasted 3 hours of time only to tell me they cant help me. But Dan took the time to lookup similar problems on Google and fix the issue quickly, and did not charge me for it.

Im a current Emory student and my iPhone 5S had a cracked screen. Ive been meaning to get it fixed for a while but Lenox was always too much of a hassle to get to. I decided to give Phone Tech a try because it was new and so close to campus. They repaired my screen so quickly and even gave me tempered glass to protect it! I was in and out in less than half an hour. I rarely write reviews but I was so pleased with the service that I had to this time. I would highly recommend this place if you have any technical issues with your phone.
