So, I must leave a quick review that reflects my customer experience with this location. Listen, the customer experience was amazing! I had an insurance claim for a screen repair. This location gave me a courtesy call in advance and that was totally unexpected. However, much respect was given for the courtesy call because my phone carrier never provided me with the address of the location for the phone repair. So, it was perfect timing. This is how the experience went. I walked in, gave my name, dropped my phone off, signed a receipt, walked out, waited a couple of hours for the screen repair, came back, walked back in, gave my name, signed another receipt, and walked and went on with my day! No hold-ups. I am satisfied! Thank you, guys!!

My iPhone screen was on the fritz and I had already paid to have it fixed- unfortunately, it stated to flicker again so I brought it back and it fell in the ubreakifix warranty- same day, within 30 minutes, new screen no questions asked. I made an online appointment to repair my S21 Ultra. The Lenox location gave me a call to confirm pricing and the appointment.When I arrived for my appointment I was told the parts were not in. I would have to wait until the part arrives and stop by for the repair.Since I use my phone for work, that isnt an option. The rep was extremely rude and a simple apology would have been appreciated. He wouldnt even schedule another appointment.I will be getting my phone repaired elsewhere.

My phone screen was shattered and there was other damage. They replaced my screen and repaired the other damage. My phone works better than before. They do a great job, first rate and timely. My phone vid an extension of me. I will go. To them for my phone repair needs. I recommend them highly.

The technicians were all incredibly friendly and patient. They had my computer diagnosed within a couple of hours and had great rates. They explained everything they were doing at each step!

I called the store and specifically asked if they repair Beats headphones. I explained in detail that the sound was going on and off. The person on the phone told me that they can fix it but I would have to bring it into the store and in order to get an estimate on how much it will cost (I asked for a range of price and he insisted they will have to check them) I drove 45 minutes (traffic in this area is very bad). As soon as I walked in the store, the person at the front desk told me that they DO NOT repair Beats headphones. After I told him, what they told me on the phone as I was very disappointed in driving all the way there for no reason, he told me that they have a third party who will maybe able to repair them and that the starting price point will be $190. He could have told me this over the phone. Since he didn’t even take a look on the headphones issue. The price for this brand new model headphones is $139. Why would someone pay $190 as a starting point price for get it repaired?

While they were unsuccessful determining the cause of my apple/android message issues, they were more thorough than Samsung help desk! They did offer a suggestion, but I will live with the issue until time for a new phone.

Such a great experience with these guys! They were able to fit me in even though I came in less than 2hrs before closing. They fixed my screen perfectly with no issues and had it done in about 2hrs! They were even able to wait a couple of minutes after closing on me because I got stuck in traffic! I highly recommend!

Came in to get my galaxy z fold 3 inner folding screen replaced as it came from factory with a few dead pixels. The technician Dante was very professional and greeted me at the front desk and gave me all the information on how my repair would be handled and how the claim would be taken care of through samsung. My phone was repaired in the time quoted and everything regarding my Samsung warranty and testing was handled by the technicians. Im not sure which technician worked on my device but I must say whoever they are make sure you keep them within your company because the workmanship they provided was impeccable and the phone looks like it just came out of the Samsung factory, Minus the dead pixels. Very happy with this service amd the phone works great, screen is responsive, parts were genuine, phone is still water resistant (I tested) and my experience with this company was top notch. I live 2 hours away but if I ever need a repair done which I hope I dont *knock on wood* I know I will be taking a 2 hour drive just to have these gentlemen get the job done. This place is totally overpriced. They charged me $98 to replace $1.00 battery connector that probably took 15 minutes. Plus, the service was slow and slightly rude.

I will never go anywhere else for iPhone repair again. Had an iPhone that would not backup, would not reboot or restore. I thought I had lost all of my photos for good. AT&T and Apple support were unsuccessful in their efforts. UbreakIfix was successful and I am so very grateful. Not to mention, they were done in a couple of hours.

Very helpful and quick. I had touch screen issues and they replaced the screen and back cover. It was more expensive than using insurance but only took three hours versus the 3-5 day back order to get an insurance replacement. Well worth it, cant function without my phone. They did a great job and were very professional!

Took in pair of beats by dre headphones to repair broken band. Parts were ordered quickly and repairs completed as soon as parts were received. Stayed in contact and kept me informed as to repair progress. Unfortunately in the end they could not be repaired due to no fault of their own, but since they could not repair it they did not charge a single penny. I felt bad for wasting their time but they were still courteous and professional through the entire experience. Definitely a return customer for any of my electronic repairs needed in future.

My cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ was replaced perfectly.

For my experience, they tried their best to find out what was wrong with my X Box One S console and they cant fix it due to motherboard damage. But, if you need your current console fixed, this is the place to go if its outside the warranty.

We had a broken phone which hadnt been backed up and had received a replacement from insurance. UBIF was able to make a temporary repair to the broken phone to allow a quick and very helpful backup before the broken phone had to be returned.Very happy.

I was sent to this location by asurion insurance company to repair my cracked phone screen. Waited the quoted 2 hour time and was told my phone couldn’t calibrate because their system wasn’t working and sent to another location (Emory point). The tech at Lenox location incorrectly closed my claim and I was on the phone with asurion for well over an hour trying to get the claim switched to another location. After another 2 hours at the Emory location, they were finally able to fix my phone. The tech at the first location unplugged something in my phone and that was the reason why it wouldn’t calibrate. This should have been a very easy process but the Lenox location made it a nightmare! Please save yourself the trouble and go to the Emory point location because they will take care of you. The techs at Lenox location are clearly not competent and the store itself is just dirty overall. Extremely disappointed with the Lenox location and Asurion insurance company; their customer service is terrible! Thank you to the Emory point techs for all their help.

Ive had them work on my antiquated iPod Classic twice. Both times it was ready faster than they promised me and came in less expensive than theyd quoted me. This was the place the Apple Store told me about when they said they could no longer work on technology as old as my iPod.Great staff who gets your loved items back working. They are great...and my go-to for anything I need repaired!

I came to get my back glass for my Note 10+ fixed and the representative up front was very professional in explaining all the details needed for my repair. They fixed it and had it ready in the 2 hours said for the process and it was quick and easy for pick up. Big shout out to them!

Rude associate. After the company had broken my phone while being repaired, went back to trade phones. The guy working there told me to relax when I got legitimately upset to then find out they didnt have my phone case. Who tells a customer to relax.Especially after they break my phone and dont give me back my case. Wont go back. Hopefully theyre teaching their associates how to react to customers in a more professional manner.

DeAnte and Devon as I recall their names correctly were so nice, courteous, efficient, prompt, and professional in managing my device and clearly and concisely communicating to me the issues that existed within my device. Not only did they remedy my situation with ease, they dedicated time in repairing my device a head of schedule! My device was ready ahead of schedule. Additionally, I needed to access my device after dropping it off for about 10 minutes to modify an application that I needed and I was allowed to do so. They were very kind about it even took their time with me to speak about additional offerings and add-ons that would behoove me to purchase. I am so happy that Ive visited the store not because of the service provided but because of the professional capacity and impeccable knowledge base of the employees that operate this location! I have only been there once for a device repair but I definitely will continue to use their service for any future repairs.

I brought my switch in for a simple repair. Everything was working well, only the rail for the left joycon needed to be replaced.A couple weeks later, I called them and they told me that my repair was successfully finished. When I received it, the switch was bricked and could not turn on. They told me that it just happens, and there was no way the switch could be repaired because the motherboard was corrupted. They also told me that it was pointless going to another repair store. They wouldnt take responsibility for the additional damage and tried to sell me another plan to get my money back, but I would need to spend an additional >$100.I then took my unfixable switch to another uBreakiFix location (a corporate store) and they were able to fix my switch within a week. They told me about issues that werent present before or even related to the first repair, and I cant help but assume the technician from this store caused these issues. The motherboard wasnt corrupted either lol. Pretty sure he just told me random terms because he thought I wouldnt understand and would let it go.Please avoid this store for console repairs, they do not know what they are doing and you might end up with a bricked console. Go to a corporate store instead, they have better technicians and customer support that can actually help you if something goes wrong.

I went to this location on January 4th for some help with my damaged phone screen and was attended by DeAnte, and the tech working on my phone was named Devon. Im from out of town, so I was happy and relieved for the process to be so quick. From drop off to pick up, it took just under four hours, with the phone looking brand new on pick up. I was told that there was a chance the decorative stickers on the back of my phone would likely be damaged, and I would have been fine if they were, but when I received the phone I was jazzed to see they were intact. I thank Devon for that level of care and consideration. Thanks again!

This was my second visit to uBreakiFix ATL at Lenox. Tyler was very helpful and so kind. They gave me an accurate pick-up time and very good price to replace my iPhone screen (again). He was professional and helpful. HIGHLY recommend them to fix anything u break.

Staff is quite friendly. Service is good. However it has happened to me twice that after I submitted the product, they accepted it and then when I went back to pick it up, they said they were missing some parts thus I need to wait another day. Yes of you could verify whether you have all the needed parts BEFORE I factory reset my phone that would be really helpful. (I would not have left this review if it was once, unfortunately it was the second time and it was two different associates.)

I was told when I called that the repair would take 2 hours. Was planning my day accordingly. Came there at 1:15pm in order to pick up at 3:15pm before picking my kids up from school. After going through the checking the guy tells me not before 4pm. So, I had to get someone else to pick them up. By 4:15 had to call them since I did not hear anything and no one bothered to tell me they are delayed. When calling without any apology the guy tells me it will be ready not before 5pm. Now again I am in trouble since my kids have afternoon activities to be taken to. Short story long, my phone was not ready before 5pm and there was no apology or how can I make it right! Eventhough I explained how bad the issue is. The only response was that traffic is not so bad😠 when I was making my payment again, no apology what so ever even though the guy saw how stressed I was with my time! Just not good customer service!

Bad experience. Using Samsungs site, I submitted an appointment to get my phones screen repaired. Not only did it seem like my appointment was forgotten about, after I was called and had it confirmed, but they took my phone for repair without confirming that they had the right parts to fix it. I arrived 2 hours later to an un-repaired phone, which now will not connect to data or charge. Not only is it not fixed, but the internals have been screwed up as well. Awful experience.

Dropped my phone off around 5 for a broken screen and it was ready in 45 min.They were also slammed and were helping multiple people at the same time very effectively. On top of that, that are extremely knowledgeable and are very straight forward. They aren’t going to tell you that you “need” to do something that isn’t necessary. Overall 5 stars without a doubt.

Ive had to come here twice to fix my Samsung fold and zflip because this is the only UbreakIfix authorized to do so in Georgia. They are very rude over the phone, will give you false information, and take extended time than what is quoted for repairs. Stay away from this place and just mail your phone into Samsung directly, thats what I did on my 3rd time. Whats even worse is Samsung ended up fixing the problem for me for FREE, when these guys wanted to charge me $100. Dont bring your iPhones here either, other places charge less money, use the same parts as these guys because they get them all from 3 main companies (MobileSentrix, Injured Gadgets, and one other) and the other places will do the repair faster as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. Also have proof of my repairs attached below

Ive been to this business today and I am satisfied with their service. I needed to have my Samsung Galaxy S10 5G front glass screen replaced and I called them before I went there to ensure that they had the screen in stock as I had called a couple of other places and they did not. They quoted me the price over the phone and so I headed down there. They double checked that the screen they had would fit and answered every single question that I had, quite knowledgeably I may add, and took my phone while I waited out the 2 hours repair time in my car. After the 2 hours had passed I went into the store and held on for about 5 minutes while they tested the phone to ensure that it was water resistant again after performing the repairs and I paid and left. The guy there was very professional and he knew a lot about the processes and about Samsung phones. I would like to add that their price was lower by $30 than one of the other places that I called that had the screen in stock.
