Yesterday I bought a IPhone XR and came to the mall just to do some shopping and passed by this store and decided to stop. Stopped because of how clean it is. Came in and picked up three cases that I was interested in. They have a great selection of phone cases and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They’ve just gained a new customer. I am only giving this place a one star because it’s required to leave the review. THIS DUMP of a store has terrible customer service And they don’t know what the heck they are doing I have had to bring my phone back three times for it still not to work they claim they replace the charge port twice and the battery yet my phone still won’t charge. Do yourself a favor and run to a real mobile repair place because they do not know what they’re doing they will take your money and they will not give you a refund they will completely rip you off and claim they tried. RUN YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

DO NOT bring your phone here for repair. Shop took hours longer to repair my phone (front and back screen) than they said it would and when I finally got it, they had forgotten to put the SIM card in, so they had to drive back to their warehouse to find that, taking longer still.Within 24 hours the back of my phone cracked and the front developed spots. Clearly they are using shoddy materials or they are not taking care to do a good job, either way it is a wasted $300.I brought my phone back and the surly worker tried to convince me I had dropped it or that having the phone in my pocket was what caused it to crack. After I argued a bit, they relented and offered to have someone contact me so they could look at it again. Never got a call or follow up and Im too disgusted with the entire situation to go back.Bad service, bad workmanship, dishonest staff and ripped off in top of everything, I wish google let you give a zero star rating, it would be well deserved here.

Just left the BRAND NEW Southlake mall location and had an AMAZING experience! Everyone was so helpful and the manager gave an awesome and really educated me about my phone and how to care for it now on. I love it and am only shopping here for cases in the future !

FANTASTIC!My phone fell twice, cracked in pieces and had a black overhang on the screen that impeded vision.I honestly didnt think it could be fixed.It was transformed into a BRAND NEW Phone.Its INCREDIBLE!I would proudly recommended this service to everyone!A New phone at the fraction of the cost!

I have an iPhone 6s Plus that had been dropped several times . As a result the screen was cracked all along the bottom and a long black wave covered the top of the screen on the bottom left to right that impeded my ability to use my phone . Bandit at Mobile Care had quoted me $70 three weeks prior and kept his word, fixing the screen so the phone looks brand new now! I also got a special deal on a new screen protector and back piece . The phone works great ! Apple would have charged $150 and up ! I recommend this store to anyone with an Apple iPhone !

My phone (iPhone 6s) was on its last breath. It had chunks missing and got to the point where I couldnt even see the screen anymore. I did a quick internet search to finds a place to go and actually stumbled upon this place while I was in the mall. They were able to not only fix my screen but my phone looks brand new! Totally friendly, super quick (My phone was ready in less than 30 minutes) and absolutely reasonably priced. Thank you very very much!

Well I was very worried about them having to take my phone apart just to fix the speaker on the front of my iPhone 7 Plus, but I just left it and came back and it was fixed!!!!!!!! I am soooooooo happy it could be fixed cause it wasn’t even my fault it got messed up, went out to dinner at Red Lobster the night before and the server dropped two drinks on me and it got all on my phone, so thank goodness Red Lobster will also be paying for this repair after I send in my receipt and pictures of the old speaker!!!!! Thanks again Amir, and how funny is it that his name is the same as my son!!!! Great service and nice dude thanks again!!!!!! Will definitely come back to get a new case soon!

Had a great experience with mobile care today went inside to get an Apple Watch band and case the team there was very helpful for what I needed. And was gladly to help me !

Naha was very helpful, she got me a beautiful new case for my AirPods! She was patient, listened to what i wanted & even took the time to de-case the products so i could get a better look/feel. Overall it was a nice experience.

Words cannot explain our visit to the store today! I dropped my phone, and although I could hear the phone ringing, alarm going off, etc., the screen remained black. I was so upset over the thought of possibly losing all my pictures, but this store was able to fix my phone! The price was very fair. Thank you for your patience and help today!! I have made sure to back everything up tonight 😊

I asked the guy could I exchange it or get a refund, I still had my receipt and he said no. I asked for neyha and he kept saying he doesn’t know when she worked or when she would come in. For the money I spent and for writing a review for them I feel something should’ve been done.

This place is TRASH! I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional business in my life! My mom dropped my son’s iPad off for the screen to be fixed. They lied continuously for 3 days saying they were fixing it. After continuously lies, I decided to go pick up the iPad where they have it to me in pieces. It was not in the condition I gave it to them in!!! I took it to another place that has actual professionals working. They then told me that it can’t be fixed because the charger port is now damaged! They damaged my iPad and didn’t care at all!! Now, my son has no iPad because of these people lying!! Why say you can do something that you can’t?? These people are good for nothing but selling overpriced phone cases that you can buy on amazon for half the price! Save your time & energy! Worst experience ever!

I am in awww of the services I received from Neha. I had gotten a SIM card stuck in my brand new phone. I took it to my phone services which I won’t mention, they couldn’t help, I took it to one of the fix it kiosk, they couldn’t help. I finally walked into Mobile Care begging for any help they could provide. At least they tried but then I asked if I could use their tools and I was allowed (no charge). We finally got the SIM card out and I was a happy camper. Neha provided such wonderful help to me that I just had to buy something to show how much I appreciated the help even though I didn’t have to. Neha and Mobile Care get 5 stars for going above and beyond. Go check them out and tell them the lady that got her SIM card stuck sent you. Lol
