Twice now this location has caused me to drive out of my way based on false information given. Once because they didn’t have a drawer and were short over $1,000?!? The second because after returning to sell them a game back, they now said it wasn’t eligible after telling me just 24 hrs before it was.GameStop won’t survive much longer as their products can almost entirely be purchased online. I look forward to the day this place is shuttered, I might even pour out a shot as they remove the sign and their employees walk papers in-hand. Good riddance.

The game my son wanted to purchase cost 59.99 used. Checked the Walmart site & the same game was 49.99 brand new. Whats up with that??? And the sales associate was less than concerned about providing memorable customer service. Do better!!

Uugghh!!! First off this store never has what my daily is looking for.. then the cashier this evening just pretty much spent about 20 minutes or more with one customer when he had a line of people waiting and NEVER once said “sorry for the wait”, “I’ll be right with you”, or “ you know let me take care of these people and I’ll be right back with you” like anything would have sufficed!

Preordered a game, but it arrived damaged in poor packaging. I went up here and it was exchanged for a new copy with no problem. Thanks so much!

Bryan, the store lead, was absolutely wonderful and understanding and informative tonight when it came to the PS5 release. I sadly didn’t get one, but Bryan’s efforts to help us cannot go unnoticed. Great gamestop location with a wide selection. One of the few locations that usually has my games in stock.

Came to this store to buy a Nintendo switch after Best Buy was sold out. I’ve worked in retail, and the first rule is don’t get stuck behind the counter. I was never greeted nor acknowledged as a customer. The only person who seemed to be an employee was talking to two other guys about a game, but not in any context of selling/buying. I left and went to Target where I bought the switch, a game, and a controller. Sorry my dudes. Can’t support the business if you’re not willing to work for it.

Great service! I called them to get the switch and was greeted with a very polite person! He said that they have them in stores and I came and sure enough it was there! The man working there was great and very informative. Very clean and organized place! 10/10 experience

Customer service here was phenomenal. The associates helped me with everything that I needed and answered all of my questions with a smile. I did not get the names of the associates, but they kept their cool under the pressure of a disgruntled guest who was trying to make the experience less than stellar for everybody else in the store. Great job guys! Will definitely be back.

Selection was okay and they were not able to help but I needed. But what I was looking for was a little niche.

I take my twin sons to this location all the time because the staff makes us feel like we are family and treats us very well everytime we come! Weve been coming here for years! Love them!!

They never answer the phone ever. I have called at many different times of the day and they never pick up.And its great because after I had preordered a game and asked for release info they told me to just call the store to get that information...Been calling and they never pick up.Wish I had pre ordered somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

I have an 11 year old and this is his version on a candy store. Most of the employees are nice enough and patient enough. Hes usually in there with birthday money or a gift card. Theyll help with questions and even though it seems like pennies on the dollar...when he trades on old games, etcit gets out of the way.

Love this gamestop, the staff is super knowledgeable and cool and always help me out with getting a good deal and a game I’ll love. Jamie, the assistant manager is particularly amazing.

Victoria is one of the more rude and combative employees Ive come across at a game store... not really sure what it was but it definitely made my experience pretty awkward.

Racist except for one dude.... He knows all about games the rating whats for kids whats for adults I mean hes really helpful the other employees yall need to fire them, they just taking up space and running customers away.

Service is great but their game selection is pretty limited, especially pre-owned. Small merch section too. Overall adequate but not great as far as GameStops go.

One of the best places to get your games low prices always having deals and they are willing to swap out almost anything you bring the far as game-related items

Went in to trade a game around 6 yesterday and the short girl with blue hair was so rude and I’ve got thick skin but she wouldn’t let me talk got an aggressive tone with me and mind I only asked one question. I decided I didn’t want to give this location my time or money after being lash at by her she ruined my whole experience esp because I was there to pre order and buy 2 games on top of trading one in.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cashier was very short with me and cold. He was also very dismissive and couldn’t wait to get back to talking with his coworkers.
