Absolutely spectacular, start to finish! Every single person with whom we interacted has been remarkable. The first design visit to the installers and binder to owner and follow up walkthrough- everyone and everything made the experience a pleasure. We had a runner installed on our stairs, it is beautiful and functional and plush. It started as something to make life easier for our 8-year old dog, I never imagined we’d all three love the finished product this much. Before and after photos attached!

Communication was always there, which I appreciated greatly and the scheduling so I could still work from home seamlessly. Ripping out the old carpet and putting in this beautiful flooring was the cake, the replacing 1978 baseboards the icing. The cherry and sprinkles go to Rich, Josh and Chris, the installation team. Rich went to extra lengths to make the loft ladder wall match the other trim!!! You guys hit it out of the park!! Anyone looking to put in flooring I recommend them and really should consider replacing OLD baseboards!! Game Changer!!

Eric was very informative for our in home consultation to add a carpet runner to our staircase. He explained all the techniques that could be used go install the runner since we wanted to avoid damaging the wood on the staircase. He also gave us options on how to add more cushion the runner. The carpet we had chosen was discontinued by the manufacturer but Eric/Jenny contacted the company immediately and was able to obtain the last piece of it 😀!The installers were very professional and meticulous in installing the runner. And asked us to look at the work during install to ensure we were happy with it. Eric also came by in person after the completion to follow up with us and personally look at the work to ensure it was perfect.We plan to use Eric/Jenny with Floor Coverings International again for any flooring work in the future!

Floor coverings international did a superb job on my project. From the initial meeting to the final walk through, we are very pleased with the entire process. I could not be more impressed with the level of service we received from Floor Coverings International and Denise specifically was phenomenal to work with from start to finish.As it turned out we actually had a manufacturing issue with the initial carpet installed; however, all I had to do was text Denise once and she and Grant took care of the rest, including working with the manufacturer, submitting a claim, and getting the carpet fully replaced. They even went above and beyond their normal services to ensure the new carpet did not have the same defect as the first. I have never had an easier time getting something resolved nor had more confidence in the company with which I was working. When they say customer satisfaction is their first priority, they truly mean it.Additionally, I must praise the level of communication we received. Once we decided, I called Denise back and was able to book something almost immediately!Denise came the day of installation and literally helped move my clothes because I was running a little behind! We had Floor Coverings International replace our upstairs carpet as well as our stairway carpeting. They did a great job and were communicative throughout the process. It looks beautiful. I would have given them 5 stars except that they did not order the correct amount of carpet the first time around and had to come back a week later to finish the job.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the end result of the stair case vinyl flooring project. The finishing details are poor quality and I was left with issues I have to resolve on my own. When I chose them over two other companies that had quoted me up to $1500 less for the same project, I thought I was going with the company that would deliver a complete/ high quality service, but that was not the case. Definitely dissatisfied.

What can I possibly say about Floor Coverings International West Metro Atlanta besides simply…WOW! From the initial call and consultation through the final walkthrough, they were timely, professional, courteous, very customer service oriented and installed exactly what we wanted. They clearly stated what they planned to do each day and followed up with me at the end of the day to tell me what they accomplished and planned for the next day.Our job consisted of replacing carpet in a number of rooms, stretching the carpet in several rooms and changing one room from carpet to hardwood. We actually wanted to replace carpet in a few rooms, but changed our minds after discussing it with Denise, our representative from Floor Coverings International West Metro Atlanta. She seemed more concerned with our overall satisfaction than the amount of the overall sale. Since we had carpet and hardwood installed, we dealt with two different install teams. Both were equally professional, neat, clean and did a fantastic job with their respective craft. They cleaned up very well after the job was complete and made sure I was satisfied before they left each day.When it comes to the new hardwood, it butted up against existing hardwood that was installed in early 2006. We were very concerned with matching the two woods to the point that we ordered a border to separate the rooms. When the installer showed up, he recommended that we return the border as he was confident that he could match it well enough that it would not be noticeable. They used the same wood species and overlapped the sanding, staining and top coat expanding by one board with each process to feather out the blending of the location where the new meets the old. Well, the borders were returned if that tells you how well they matched!If you are considering any flooring needs, give Floor Coverings International West Metro Atlanta a call and ask for Denise! You will thank me later!

Denise and her wonderful flooring experts of FCI managed and delivered a wonderful hardwood floor service for our home.  This consisted of refinishing existing flooring and installing new hardwoods.She coordinated a new flooring along with our staircase upgrade with minimum inconvenience to us and exceeded our project expectations.

My wife and I had our upstairs redone, from carpet to hardwoods in the hall, master bedroom and one guest room. The two other guest rooms were recarpeted, and the guest bathroom had the tile redone. Eric came out and gave us some great suggestions, which we took his advice on from the color of the hardwood, as well as types of carpet and tile for the other areas. They arrived on time, and the communication was great with Eric, Jenny, as well as Denise - everyone made us feel comfortable. When we came home and saw the work, we were so excited, and pleased with the job that they had done! Jenny and Denise are amazing! I have gone with the big box retailers in the past and have found the quality of the carpet isn’t there. Or, if it is, I don’t get the guidance and help I need to make the best decision. I wanted to choose a carpet that would last a long time and not look terrible after the first few years. Jenny and Denise helped me through this process. I was a little scared to choose something so light in the beginning based on my taste, but I really liked the color, and any questions I had they were able to answer them honestly as they had seen my home and could educated me how it would look in MY home. This isn’t a big box retailer where they send out different teams to measure, choose carpet, etc and then the buyer is disappointed with the choice later. They were right and guided me through the whole process!

They did a great job - floors look awesome. Only downside is that the workers scuffed up our walls in many places and we had to touch up the paint. Other than that, everyone was great to work with and wed go with them again. Definitely not the cheapest option out there, but the end results are worth it.

That’s saying a lot because I’m a VERY PICKY client, and gave them quite a challenging job. Owners, Jenny and Eric Cross, run their company with integrity and passion, and were an absolute pleasure to work with.Jenny and Eric helped me select the best products to suit our specific needs... AND stay within our budget. I needed very durable flooring that could stand up to my animals and high traffic. They educated me on the options available with their price points, and helped me choose products that gave me the most bang for my buck. They were never pushy, and never tried to oversell the “most expensive” products. Everything put in front of me was strictly based on how it could best work for our project. Within 20 minutes, Jenny appeared at my house to make sure everything was being done correctly (and, it was!) She went the extra mile by showing up like that instead of explaining it away over the phone, and I was grateful that she did.Once installation was complete, the door between my kitchen and laundry room didn’t fit quite right. One of the installers stayed late (after a very LONG day) to trim it down and make it right. Amazing. He didn’t have to do that either, but this company goes over and beyond for their customers.By the way, this project was completed on November 5, 2018. After living with my new flooring for 11 months, I can say that everything looks as great as it did the day it was installed. The products have lived up to the durability promised, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Without question, I very highly recommend Floor Coverings International for all of your floor needs. I look forward to working with them again to refinish the hardwoods throughout my house!

First thing is Eric is such a decent guy. When he walked in my home he just listened to what I wanted to have done. Once we agreed on the project he immediately got to work scheduling the project. His team showed up and immediately got to work taking care of everything. His wife Jenny showed up at the start to ensure that there were no unforseen problems. The team worked very hard, cut no corners and even made suggestions along the way. If you have the opportunity to get your floors redone, then this is who you need to hire.

Eric and Jenny were a pleasure to work with. I have some wonky, uneven floors in my upstairs, and their team handled it like pros. I showed them a couple of concerns when they came back to do a final walk through, and they were fixed on the spot. I love my new floors and will not hesitate to call them again when I’m ready to make further changes. If you’re looking for customer service with a personal feel, I think you’ll be really happy.

Jenny, Eric, Denise and the entire team were wonderful. They refinished the flooring on our main floor, added hardwood to the stairs and upstairs hallway. Their team worked so hard to ensure we were pleased. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner!

Excellent customer service! Eric spent a great deal of time trying to find the perfect engineered hardwood for us. When I decided instead to sand and stain our existing floors, his crew did a very nice job. When we had an issue with the shoe moulding, someone immediately came to the house to rectify it. Denise went out of her way to ensure that the follow-up cleaning was acceptable. They are 100% committed to satisfying each customer, and their 5-star rating is well deserved.

Our experience was great. Both the carpet and vinyl flooring are high quality and the teams were fast and professional. Jenny and Eric worked with our schedule even though it changed a few times.

Installed new carpet thru whole house done in 2 days on the day we selected. Had small issue of cable cut during installation, it was taken care of with personal attention from Jenny. Communication good with home office (Denise), would recommend to anyone looking for a great experience with new flooring. Eric was great giving us plenty of choices and we love, love, love the new carpet!

Excellent customer service from the first phone call to set up the estimate appointment to the last walk through. I pretty much already knew what product I wanted but they made sure I knew all the options. Extremely helpful and important to me when making a big decision like flooring. Jenny was here on day 1 with the crew for a couple of hours to make sure it all got started off well and stopped by on day 2 to check on the progress. The crew was great and the quality of work is fantastic! Overall, a really great experience and beautiful floors! I could not be happier!

Denise remembered my home and color scheme and brought samples that blended perfectly. She helped me make the perfect choice. Installation was done well, furniture moved and put back in place without any problems. We were very happy with the work provided by the team at Floor Coverings International. The overall service is excellent. We had stair treads recovered in a very active area of our building. When the correct color supplies were shorted by the manufacturer they kept us informed, followed up, insured our surfaces were safe until the appropriate supplies arrived and rectified the situation as soon as possible. Working with older construction they also made sure to blend surfaces for a clean look. At the follow up appointment they addressed all concerns we had and finished all detail work we requested. We had a very good experience with the company and the owners.
