In the midst of these uncertain times, it provided a place of peace, decompression and oddly camaraderie. My neighbors unknowimgly practiced social distancing. It was needed. I encourage a visit, by yourself and listen to your heart

I stopped in on my lunch break today with the intention of getting some new walking shoes, the On Cloud brand. As I walked in, there were several employees standing by the front counter talking amongst themselves. Not one single person acknowledged me. I walked past them, headed to the shoes. I saw the pair I liked, picked them up and looked at them and then noticed another pair that I liked as well. I looked around and still no one asked to assist me even though there were no other customers in the store. Frustrated, I put the shoes down and headed towards the front of the store, stopping to look at some tshirts near the counter that caught my eye. Again, no assistance. Customer service is key. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I went to buy some darn tough socks,which I highly recommend, but since the moment my wife and I stepped in, we were being watched. One of the guys customer service felt more like he had to check what were doing. Either he has no experience in customer service, or he was worried about us being there. I mostly likey will not return to this store and Ill buy my socks online.

I had to demote my original review of this place. They suddenly wouldn’t let me shop anymore because “I wasn’t wearing a mask”. Whatever, their loss. Have new dumb rules, lose good business. I’ll go somewhere else and other places can get my business.

Received a $30 t-shirt as a gift in a size too big. Still had price tag on it from Mountain High Outfitters and only a week had gone by since receiving it. Despite clearly having purchase tag with shirt in original condition, store clerks were rude and refused to let me swap it for a size down or a different item because I did not have receipt and the person who purchased it was “not in their computer system”.Recommend you avoid this place for gift shopping altogether, and based on this experience, I will no longer be shopping here again.

Today I went to Mountain High Outfitters at Ponce City Market to do an exchange on a product I had recently bought from there. The product itself is probably one of the best single purchases I have ever made. Unfortunately, there was an issue with it...but with Zacks help, he was able to take care of the issue while making the experience enjoyable. His knowledge and passion around the products and how they can benefit you were extremely impressive. They were somewhat busy, but he stayed with me the entire time to ensure satisfaction in addition to juggling other tasks. He made it seamless, and it was a pleasure to work with him and see his love and passion for these products come out through demonstration and knowledge. He truly brought value to each product we looked at and completely justified the cost. I will be coming back there and will continue to recommend Zack and this store.

Customer Service is decent however drove 3 times and paid for parking twice and was still unable to get a bike/rover. Super disappointed in my experience. I do not see myself recommending friends or family for bike rentals at this location.

This is a great store for everything from all weather gear to athletic wear to bike-friendly street and office wear. They also have a selection of coolers, bags, and personal camping gear. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. One time I had a question about sizing in a pair of pants I tried on, and the sales assistant looked up reviews online to find that information for me. I highly recommend this place.

Mountain High is one of those rare outfitters where you feel instantly welcome and at home. They have a great mix of of clothes, gear, fun stuff (think frisbees & games), & shoes, and incredible staff; the staff & hospitality definitely make this store top-notch.Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to build a community. I come here often for community events and gear, and have *never* felt pressured to buy anything & have never had a bad experience. If youre looking for your one-stop-shop for great conversations, outdoorsing community, run clubs, trail maintenance, and a good gear selection, this is the place for you.

The second I walked in the door the guy behind the counter instantly started following me around the store, never asking if I could use help, just watching me. I wonder why...?

We purchased a bicycle from this store and during our first ride noticed that there was a minor issue with the breaks. We took the bicycle back to the store and upon further investigation the employees said they couldnt fix it. They said we could bring the bike to a local shop to get fixed and they would reimburse us for the money for the repair.Throughout this process the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be shopping at Mountain High again!-Melissa and Andrew

We have always loved Mountain High. In part due to the nice and helpful employees. We came in today trying to use a gift card that we purchased from their email solicitation and it was a PAIN! After going through 3 employees at the register that didn’t know how to use the “InstaGift” (that they emailed me to buy) they called Tyler to the register. I don’t mind waiting. What I DO MIND is sarcastic rude employees. And that’s what Tyler was. He asked me if I wanted the balance of my gift on a card or on store credit, to which I simply replied...”either one is fine as long as it isn’t as difficult a process as this has been.” To which Tyler said... WE KNOW HOW TO USE THESE YOU JUST NEED TO BE PATIENT. I’m going as fast as I can!” (Insert tone) In fact, Tyler... the 3 employees before you didn’t know how and I didn’t have a problem with that until your smart mouth got involved.We may be back to spend the balance but I’m highly disappointed. Your store honestly isn’t the same as it once was. I hope it was just a bad day to visit.

Moved to the Ponce City Market area about a year ago and while exploring what this area of the city had to offer discovered MHO. They seriously have some of the most personable employees, so welcoming... I can honestly say I’ve had hour-long conversations with more than a few, spanning from outdoor-related discussions to how to get involved in the community. Honestly, I find myself just stopping in randomly on my way home from work to grab some kombucha and hangout. Huge gear selection too! They also co-host an awesome run club every Wednesday at 7PM w/ post-run snacks!!

Very friendly staff. They all seemed helpful while I was looking around. They have a great selection of outdoor products, from clothes to camping gear. Lots of shoe/boot/sandal options. And the prices arent too bad for a small outfitters shop.

Great outdoor gear store in the middle of Atlanta. Friendly staff, great selection. They have disc golf and ultimate discs, too! Worth a stop for all your outdoor fun needs!

Nice looking store. They have a little bit of everything, lots of clothing. Good location.If you are looking for a hardcore outdoors/camping store however, their selection is a little limited on some items. If you are looking for something specific, they might not have it.They are friendly, but their staff is not the most knowledgeable on camping gear.

Mountain High Outfitter’s, does not supply employees with Paychecks. They are more concerned with you being 5 minutes late, but lack the leadership or management responsibility to provide PAYCHECKS. This is a reflection of very poor management, not to say Laws that are being broken.
