I had a good experience at this specific location. I came in wanting to return a black Parka jacket that was too large. Although I did not have the receipt with me, the assistant manager, Sam, was able to maneuver and help complete my return. Thanks again and best wishes.

I gave them 5 stars because of Marques the young gentleman behind the cash register. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and took cleanliness seriously. Before approaching the cash register he informed he would clean off the counter first. I needed a pair of boots he went in the back to find them. I mention that I previously purchased a jacket from TNF online & it was too big, he took the time to explain to me about NF standard vs regular fit. I left the store with a jacket and boots. I’m on my way to my cabin trip and I’m happy. Merry Christmas

Beautiful mall with lots of high end stores/restaurants. Parking isnt the greatest but they have added valet parking. The only downside is they also had to add a lot of security and weapon checking scans.

Marques was very disrespectful! I was walking around the store shopping and I overheard Marques saying how irritated he was with HER and wanted HER out of that store. Yes I’m aware he could have been talking about any female in the store at that time but his tone and facial expressions made me feel like I needed to leave the store immediately! I asked a employee who he was and they said he was the store manager! I no way should a store manager be caught talking like that about the female customers! I would never come back now.

I arrived at this North Face store a few minutes before closing & the store was closed. I spoke with the manager on duty & he stated he didnt close the store early. The store closes at 7pm & I arrived at the store before that time. The North Face Corporate Office needs to look into this matter. I had several customers waiting outside with me. The date was October 3, 2020.

It’s not a super huge store like Burlington, but it’s a great store with an awesome variety of jackets & coats. Top quality outerwear and comes with lifetime warranty on quite a few merchandise. I got my favorite puff jacket from here, expensive - but I’m sure it’s worth every penny.

I bought a jacket as a gift for someone and put in the order online. I went to the store to pick it up and no problem. I clearly expressed that the jacket was a gift and asked for a gift box/ gift bag for the jacket. The sales associate said it was not a problem and proceeded to ring me up. He put the jacket in the bag and I asked him again if he had a gift box to put it in. He said no problem. Reached under the counter to pull out the gift box and just put the flat box into the bag without offering to pack the jacket in the gift box. Now I have a jacket, a bag and an unfolded gift box that I have to put together myself for some inexplicable reason.

Wont pick up the phone...Im calling to place an order for the WOMEN’S TRIPLE C II PARKA for pick-up but no one will answer the phone. Ive tried three times. I guess I will spend my $360 somewhere else. (I tried Buckhead Market Place too - same problem.)
