Had an excellent experience creating a custom closet with my consultant Amy who was very thorough and attentive in helping me figure out what exactly I needed and what would fit in my closet. She was very knowledgeable and patient and communicated with me in a reasonable amount of time whenever questions/concerns came up. I would definitely consider doing a another custom closet with The Container Store in the future!

Our consultants name was Jamel M. He was great. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of the process. Made everything so easy. Pick up was a breeze. Clicked on the link provided in the email and our closet was delivered curbside as promised. Very easy to put together. We received customer service as it was intended to be. Thank you Container Store Buckhead/Atlanta. Pop rewards program could be much better. Rules are not clear and have too many variants from location to location that can be changed at the whim of whomever is serving you. No one is sure when you will receive your rewards, how much it will be, or if you are going to them at all. We must travel 2 hours to the nearest store and would like to use any rewards accumulated to purchase the odds and ends to complete our closet. Not looking forward to receiving the rewards after we have completed the project and no longer need further murchandise.

My entire experience was excellent. From designing my closet to the installation. Everyone was wonderful and they made it easy.

The team had at the Buckhead location made the process so easy. I went from getting the closets designed to fully-installed in about a week. The results look so good and helped maximize my closet space. I would definitely do it again.

We have purchased several small shelving systems for our home. The designer took our measurements and designed the space. We do all the installation ourselves with no problems. We will definitely use this product and design services again.

Love my new pantry. The builder grade shevles didnt give me all the space I needed. The Elfa pantry set is great and very functional.

We bought the Elfa closets for our primary closet and had TCS install. The process was SO easy! Communication was clear, everyone was very helpful and everything was done on time/as scheduled. The shelves themselves (we got birch) are beautiful and it is easy to move them around and adjust as you need. We are very happy with this purchase!
