I love my closet and the process to design virtually was so easy. Once I sent in the measurements, my consultant spent time making sure the design was suited to fit my needs. I was able to play around with the design and colors. Ordering and pickup was easy. Me and my husband installed the closet and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. There was a little frustration when we were almost done trying to get the right height for shelves and drawers but we figured it out and the closet is really beautiful

No helpful employees and store is very unimpressive. This is why retail stores are dropping like flies.
