Place an order yesterday morning and received merchandise today by noon. Perfect order! The website is magnificent. Easy to use and leave no questions to ask. Payment was easy. Received PDF invoice within seconds. Photos and descriptions are excellent. I ordered very specialized cabinet hinges and they didnt just have them but they were easy to find. Very impressed by the extra ordinary service and excellence over all. Highly recommend this company.

Great for higher end and custom cabinetry needs like hardware and specialty wood coatings. Main branch is in Birmingham and there are 4 others so make sure you are speaking with the correct Branch when asking for and about specific products and /or inventory.

We need a very specific part for our cabinet, and when we called, they assured us that they had that. Their opening hours (7a - 4p) are difficult to get to for people with regular day jobs, and one day we got up really early to make a trip there for that one part. When we got there (after being stuck in ATL traffic for forever), they said they dont have the part and dont even stock this brand. So much for calling ahead and making sure. What a waste of time!
