My favourite Publics. Staff is the best. Very helpful. It is a smaller store, but again great staff and always clean. Please wear a mask when entering. It protects you and me.

Hadnt been at this place for a while. Never knew it would be this good. Sales on what I needed.

Small and limited, but convenient for me. Customer Service is usually on point at the register, but stockers are slow to assist in finding things.

Staff was extremely helpful. Was easy to find everything I needed. Learning about the Wednesday sushi day was awesome.

Always well stocked (barring obvious supply logistic issues) and helpful, friendly staff.

Traditional (Old School) Public store layout. Store aisles/shelves very neat & clean & fully stocked.Produce quality, variety and selection was ample & fresh. Personnel were busy, doing their standard duties.

So I will say hands down great staff, however my fave is my lady in the deli!

Every time I come to this location the customer service in totality is EXCEPTIONAL! Tony Persandi specifically is ALWAYS super friendly, helpful, & extremely personable when I come to get my seafood. He always makes it an enjoyable experience. I’ve worked in customer service for 16 years & I recognize a role model employee when I see one. You’d be surprised how much a simple act of kindness can completely turn someones day around. Thank you for all you do.

Check the price when you buy a sub from the deli at this location. Bought the featured sale sub (that was supposed to be $6.99) and a regular turkey sub but somehow I was charged $8.50 each.

This is one of the smaller grocery stores you’ll come across but it still has a good selection and GREAT service.

Overall this Publix is convenient and the employees are pleasant. This is not my local Publix but one of necessity due to near medical facility. I state that for a reason. For years after treatment I come to this location for a deli sandwich. Now since Covid-19 we all have to abide by restrictions. Ive come to know the deli staff they are essential works whom care for loved ones at home. It never fails now that I see that staff can not say anything to patron that come in with no mask on. Only management. Funny managers are in the back of this small store. On Thurs Mar 18th 2:12-2:30pm your must popular location in store deli and chicken. Managers should be up front it was like you were hiding. By the time I was making a complaint with clerk about this man with no mask on next to me no staff could find you. Ironically I spot you when I checked out looks like you were checking out too.It is not fair to staff and patrons if this what your sign is going to be about; Wear mask for service, Only if someone complains about it! To be honest if my right arm whats weak from my treatment would have taken the mans picture. Why do I have to do the job of management? Why is it that I care more about your employees & patrons health than you?Truly disappointed ...*if watch vid lady using cane can ask staff*

Received a $200 gift card for Christmas. It wasnt activated. I was told to bring it back to the location it was purchased from. Initially, the blonde and brunette looked at me and didnt want to help. Then, another gentleman offered to assist. After being here over 45 minutes. They cant find the transactions. Mind you the other $500 worth of cards were activated. A waste of time. Calling credit card to cancel purchase.Conveniently, the police stroll through while Im at the counter.

Staff is great, but this Publix is just too small. Selections for everything are limited. If you live nearby, I am sure its fine for last minute or forgotten items, but I wouldnt do my for- real shopping here.

One of the most interesting Publix locations Ive ever seen. It was like the opposite of Dr Whos Tardis, it was smaller on the inside than it looked like from the outside. But it was super cute, and well-stocked and run.I was able to get in and out quickly at 7am on a Tuesday morning. Loved that.Very clean, organized location. Friendly staff too. I truly enjoyed my experience here.

Came in for a few items and really wanted some prepared food to take home to family. I wanted the small portion but family requested the larger amount of macaroni and cheese. I realized there was a little amount in the tray and as she was scraping the tray to get it out. I took a lap around the aisle and gave her a minute to get it ready. My thinking since she didnt say anything about the amount that was left was because there was more mac and cheese to fulfill my order. I grabbed my large cup 1 minute later and she says nothing. I later open up the cup in the store and realized it filled only half way in the large portion and she charged me the large portion price vs a small portion cup filled. The soup station was missing the variety cup sizes so I wasnt able to get the different kinds of soups I wanted because I needed different portions of each. I basically had to scrap the menu my family selected and shop for different food on the spot. Not very friendly but convenient if they happen to have everything that you are looking for.

Horrible customer service. Cashier argued that item rang up higher than the sticker price due to tax, when tax is clearly added at the end of transaction. Had to go get a refund at customer service desk and never received an apology. Felt like we were inconveniencing them.

Service in the deli is HORRIBLE! Literally just walked out of there. I work in the plaza so I’m in there all the time. I ordered my sub a hour ago and still had to wait 20 minutes in line just to get my sub. They literally had to make it in front of me and this isn’t the first time this has happened. If I didn’t work in this plaza I honestly wouldn’t go back to the deli because the deli staff move in slow motion. Literally wasted my break waiting for my sub.

Its a nice Publics, though small & doesnt have everything. The streets around it are usually quite busy. The employees are genuinely nice & usually very helpful.

I love Publix because they’re products are of quality. This location is older but the brand itself is still high quality! The prices are more expensive but I believe that going to get certain products is worth going to this Publix.

Its a shame you cannot order a sandwich from the Deli department because they already broke down the station... 15mins before closing. First and last time shopping at this location

If you go in knowing this isnt the largest Publix, youll be fine. This shrunken store has everything you need but just isnt as vast as other locations in terms of produce and overall selection. That said, theyve always had what I need and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Such a nice neighborhood store with lots of specialty items, an accessible produce section, great baked goods, super customer service - all the benefits of shopping at Publix on a manageable scale.

Like the store but not the clientele or the attitude. Bought a lot of groceries today including some logs for the fireplace. Put the logs on the bottom of the cart. By the time I got to the car -- about 100 feet away -- they were gone. I ran back and retraced my steps -- right up to the cash register. Told the cashier what had happened and asked if someone might have turned them in? He said sorry. I dont know what I expected -- that their clientele was a step up from this? That Publix might, in the spirit of the holidays, offered to replace them? Very disappointed -- not going to this one again.

This Publix is soooo slow with Customer a service ever since they put that new manager Molly there. I now have to leave my job earlier in order to get lotto done because he’s so slow. Like really slow. Please inform him of his lack of expedition

This is a smaller Publix but it seems to still have all the things I usually need. The cashiers are normally very friendly... parking on the weekends can be a little hectic.

This store is okay the actual staff here are mostly friendly except for the apd security guard /cop whatever he is he is very rude judgemental and make the entire shopping center arpund publix a bad place to be around he is racist rude and doesnt do his job avoid him at all costs if you visit here!!!

I really love my neighborhood mini-Publix store. Friendly staff makes up for sometimes limited selection, driven by limited shelf space. My only bad experience is with the fish which has been bad or on the verge of spoiling on multiple occasions.

The deli staff is extremely biased, They made me wait intentionally even when food was ready, bought a flat bread pizza when I opened it,it was a mess,left it with the cashier and bought something else as I was very hungsry.
