Tim responded very quickly and was able to come right out to give me a quote. It was very clear that he knew what he was doing. Tim had the best price and the fastest turn around on the windows. Betting two others by at least a month. The work is top notch and the process was very easily. I love how easy it was to get in touch with Tim.

My husband and I highly recommend this company if you are in need of replacement windows. Our house is from the 1960’s and we still had the original single-pane windows! We found All City Exteriors through Thumbtack and got a quick response and appointment made for that weekend. Tim came over and explained the product and recommended some options for the vision we had. We opted for white windows with a black capping (outline) around the window which really make them pop against our grey painted brick. Tim explained the lead time to fabricate the windows (6 weeks) and that he could install them the same week they arrive. He was true to his word. Windows arrived on a Thursday and were installed the next day! Igor and his coworker arrived early that morning around 8:30/9am and were done around 3pm. We had 13 windows removed and 12 installed, (converted 2 windows to a slider). Tim came by at the end of the day to review the work and walk through the house with me. He actually noted that one of the screens had a hole and said he would have Igor bring over a new one the following week. Igor did came by with the new screen and we have never been happier!Thank you All City Exteriors!

We called Tim and Donna about a new exterior security door on our deck and we are 100% pleased with the results. They came out the very same day to give us estimates and made suggestions on the placement of the door to make it easier to access the deck. Tim was fantastic to work with, as was the team that came over for the install. Pricing was very fair in comparison to other quotes received. He was extremely informative, detailed, and easy to talk to. Communication both in person as well as over calls and texts was also appreciated. Quoted me an install for a certain date, was still able to meet that date despite me calling in an additional oversized window days after we ordered.As far as the work itself, I couldn’t even tell they had caulked as it was seamless and looked like it was just a part of the window. They look fantastic, our sunroom has drastically different feel, especially temperature wise, but also aesthetically. Would gladly look to them for future window needs.

I have a house thats nearly 100 years old, and between settling and not-so-great renovation work, a couple of my doors werent the standard size. Tim took great care to create custom doors that fit just perfectly and walked me through what he was doing so I understood the process, the security features, and how to take proper care of them. The work was as beautiful as it was meticulous. Tims also incredibly professional, responded fast to any questions I had, and is very friendly.
