The store was nice and everything I went in and I was ready to buy but no one ever approached me about selling anything after I stayed in the store 15 almost 20 minutes I will never go back I dont have to beg someone to take my money

I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. After attempting both emails and phone calls to find out the pricing on 2 new Simpson doors, my husband and I finally went down to their Marietta St location because we had been told we’d get better service if we went in person. That couldn’t have been further from the truth. We asked a young “inside salesmen” for some help and told him what we were looking for. He told me “we don’t have samples and we’re out of catalogs because of the pandemic, but go online to the Simpson website and tell us what the door number is and we’ll give you a quote” and pointed me to a stack of business cards of his. I mentioned I had attempted to email them he said “sorry about that”. I didn’t expect “samples” but I did expect some level of interest in assistance, as I’m not an expert in building products, but I figured out right away, they could care less about our business so we left. I assume they really only want to work builders and decorators, (and I know everyone is currently in a remodeling frenzy) and if that’s the case, remove “open to the public” from your sign.

A little rough around the edges, but an Atlanta classic that carries a good selection of items in stock that are hard to find.Cool old buildings too.

Ordered some unique doors for a client to match existing doors from the 1940s. The doors from Randall Brothers matched fantastically and had modern insulated glass panels. Great job!

I had to beg to get a quote for some Trex and Fortress handrail product. Once I got the quote within the week that it took to get approval and payment from my customer the price went up. I had to demand that they honor the first quote. The first delivery attempt was only about half of the material. The second delivery attempt, about half of what they delivered was wrong.This was my first attempt with Fortress, so I sent a drawing of the deck to the salesperson Edwar and he helped complete my order. Instead of ordering the stair railing brackets, he sent angle brackets(not for stairs). I asked a question of Edwar the Friday before Thanksgiving and had to call him two more times to finally get the answer two weeks later.I redesigned the deck and had to change my railing configuration and was sent to PMC in Marietta. They tried to load the wrong handrail in my truck. I had to go into the warehouse and find the right product for them. They did manage to load the wrong post into my truck, I didnt catch that. Altogether a horrible experience. The customer service was horrible! The attention to detail was tragic. I intend for this to be my last Randall Brothers/PMC experience.

Only has doors..but only 1 barn door..and.when I asked the price..the sales agent had to email the manufacturer..not impressed.

Smells and feels like a building supply shop, you can hear the millwork in progress as they produce probably the best molding in Atlanta. You have an old house and want superior quality molding from 50 to 100 years ago, come here. It smells like good wood and the vibe is honest quality. Makes me want to restore old homes.

I am having trouble getting my delivery promised by sales at 800 am this morning. I am wasting payroll waiting on a delivery. Perhaps if sales or shipping would return my call; we could make arrangements to come over and pickup a some of the materials to get started. Im very disappointed in RB. Lets go RB you are better than this! The gentleman in shipping is had a bit of an attitude as well.

Excellent service from Edgar! He gave us expert advice, information and tips to start the crown moulding project for our home. Went the extra mile to check on a lock set we were interested in and provided timely feedback. Best selection and pricing. Sorry Home Depot and Lowes. Randall Bros is the only place for moulding, doors and hardware.

Horrible horrible experience! Got cursed out by the guy in the dock because i was waiting on material, it ended up getting very heated, and was told by several that this is not the 1st time with him. Called back to pick up another order and asked was he still there and he was and i tried giving them a second try and the salesman tells me i had to pay for it first. But he never asked for the money because he was concerned about the wood is was buying that was in stock. I called on the day it was suppose to be there and this is what i got. Then called to order and all of a sudden they can’t even find the order.🤔 Salesman says he would call me back but never did. Now I’m having to go remeasure and go somewhere else and do a whole new template. Called back today and manager says he will call me back and here it is 9:51pm and I’m still waiting on that call. It’s a jungle at this store, trust me

Will never use again. David the dumbass that took my order put me down as pickup even though I told him at least 3 times I wanted delivery. Called on the day my basic easy load was supposed to be delivered. Then told me it would be there in a couple hours. Called back a couple hours later and told me there was another mix up and it would be there in an hour. So I waited at the jobsite on a Friday until 6:15pm and still no lumber that I needed for the next day. 4 workers will be on the job 7am the next day so now I get to unload all the tools out of my truck then go to home depot and pick the materials up myself. Just the way I want to spend my Friday night after working 12 hours. What a bunch of dumbasses.

Our order was for 30+ kolbe windows and 4 custom doors. we will not use RB again based on this experience with multitude of gross inadequacies. even the 2nd salesman assigned to our job stated this job is cursed and was shocked at how horrible of an experience this was1. Order made sept 2016, materials finally supplied correctly june 20172. salesman ordered the wrong installment3. salesman tried to sub the install job outside of RB (letting us believe the install job would be RB)4. Mike Lopez, made 1 effort to be directly involved in the chaos after saleman 1 was no longer employeed. no other efforts were made to communicate with me after being told by mike lopez, he would personally be involved in seeing our job complete, he never walked on site5. 3 windows delivered broken or missing parts6. wrong windows parts ordered for 9 windows7. kolbe rep on-site with salesman #2, were unable to figure out how to open the custom door they built8. multiple inaccurately ordered replacement parts for those arriving broken9. All windows were to have finger plows for opening, but the windows came without (adding another $2500 in hardware costs to an already > $30,000 job)10. windows were supposed to be ready for finish paint when they arrived, but were not, adding another 4 days to my labor costs, for which RB gave me a credit of 2500, which mulled my additional cost on the paint but did not off set their comedy or errors

Complete an utter disaster. Went to the store and submitted an order and the salesperson screwed it up (and I told him he screwed it up but he told me it was right...it wasnt), one door didnt show up and none of the casing showed up. Had another door back ordered. I was told the back ordered door would arrive Monday / Tuesday of the following week, Tuesday came and I didnt hear anything. Called end of day on Tuesday, spoke with salesperson who told me his shop was closed for the day but he would call me back in the morning. Never received a return phone call. Emailed my salesperson on Wednesday night asking what the status of my back ordered door was...its Thursday night and I havent received that return phone call from Tuesday or a returned email from Wednesday. This after the delivery guys who delivered my incomplete order told me no way we can get the doors up the stairs without damaging the stairway walls...needless to say I carried each door up the stairs in about 10 minutes, never touched the walls. I would have rather they just said, we are too lazy to carry these upstairs so we are going to say there is no way we can do it without damaging the walls

Nightmare for truck drivers with sleepers...no signs letting drivers know where to go and better have tandems slide all the way foward otherwide you wont make the gate without taking it down

Randall Brothers has products of a quality level that is almost impossible to find any more. However, I currently have a little over $2000 worth of new windows sitting on our front porch that are not the correct size due to a miscommunication over measurements (I sent to them measurements clearly marked for exterior brick opening, and not the interior wall opening). Randall Brothers did not ask about the measurements at order time, did not direct me or my contractor to the Lincoln windows measuring and ordering information that I later found online and does not offer doing the measurements as a service.While I understand that in the end the blame is mine/my contractors for not fully understanding the PO. I feel that Randalls sales people should have helped spot this up front and should at least engage with us on fixing the problem (offering to give us the reorder without markup, splitting some portion of the re-order cost, something). Instead their sales people are blaming me and my contractor, who should have known better.Real customer service happens when solving a problem and to say Im disappointed would be an understatement. Over the years, weve spent more than $20,000 at Randall Brothers over the last 10 years because of their reputation and products (replacement of all windows, crown moulding in 3 rooms, 2 sets of doors, plus assorted normal framing lumber). Our reorder will go through a different Lincoln window distributor and I strongly advise folks to look elsewhere if this is the kind of customer service that can now be expected.

We had built a custom home, ordered our garage side door from Randall Brothers and with in 2 years its falling apart. There reply is warranty only last 1 year.

They provide custom mill working but typically higher price on standard millwork items.

I work here and love it!!
