Have been very pleased with my experience at Rugby. They have the sheet goods I need when I need them. The Office staff is very friendly and professional. The only slight issue I had was a very long load time on one visit but it was just miscommunication with the warehouse guys and was corrected. I definitely recommend shopping here. Their prices are fair even given the current uncertainties in the lumber market.
Horrible customer service. Late to get materials. Never are up to date on their products and can never give you a date for when they’ll have product. Hours they give are wrong. Don’t trust them or google for hours of operations.
Good unload time, great staff
Huge selection of wood products definitely would like to see more of the inventory and other options
Great service Everytime...for years
The customer service rep TODD at the ATL branch at 330 patton Drive is very very very RUDE he needs to be fired ASAP. He is not for the company hes very impatient and ignorant. Its called customer service for a reason without customers the business goes under. So if you talk to this clown prepare yourself for stupidity. I will never in my life ever call this place again. If I could I would have given 0 stars.
In my nearly 45 years as a professional woodworker i have never paid for wood materials that i have not seen. this company will not let you look at their merchandise. they expect you to pay first and then they will bring out whatever they pick. when i made clear that i was not willing to do that, the woman behind the counter became rude. this is a place for people who do not care about what they make and what they make it from.i will not return.
Sales desk is understaffed and sales staff there arent very helpful moving slowly and spent more time chit chatting. Great selection of products but the prices are Way to high
This people have the worst customer service that you can think of Just saying I like the product they sell but if I could avoid dealing with them people I definitely would.
From what I understand Rugby bought out Meyer Decorative. With that Caveat I will proceed. As a flatbed truck driver there are only 3 or 4 places I have told my DM to never send me to again. This is one of them.1st time - load required to be covered in plastic before tarping and the boss and two employees watched me struggle with a 40+ ft piece of plastic in a 15 mile an hour wind for 15 minutes or so before I told the boss either they help me with the plastic or take the freight off the trailer...Round 2 - Arrived to be loaded at 0730. Was told it would be 0800 before the forklift operator got there. No big deal. At 0900 no lift operator. Couldnt find original person I talked to. Found another boss and was told lift operator wouldnt be in till 0930. Lift operator set first pallet on trailer at 1010...Final Straw - weather was a little overcast was instructed that I would have to tarp load under canopy. Load was stacked carelessly with gigantic gaps between articles. Twisted ankle in one of the aforementioned gaps and banged my head on the metal rafters of the canopy (and I am not a tall person). The loads here are never uniform, the loaders get a late start, they take their time loading you and disappear like ninjas when you need your BOL...Good luck.
Front desk sales not very helpfull.Products and selection are top notch
It will be happy for unloaded if you are on time for
As a helper to a master cabinet maker, i know he wouldnt shop where he doesnt believe in quality & fair price
Great
