This kid searched the entire store for an axle nut that i needed, only place near Atlanta that has bmx stuff. Highly recommend if you need parts asap.

The service I received at A/C Clutch Bicycle Shop was absolutely phenomenal. From phoning the shop to arrival (including getting lost and being assisted to the location by phone), I was totally impressed with the professionalism Kenneth presented. I was immediately greeted upon my arrival and my bicycle was serviced within five minutes. Additionally, Kenneth did not charge me a copper cent for the mini-tuneup. He asked me a series of questions regarding my riding habits/bicycle storage, and before I knew it, he said I was all set. I was so impressed I had to find something in the shop to buy - - I got a nice Clutch Bike Shop t-shirt to promote their business. Great job Kenneth!

I called to get a quote and was hung up on. Never have I ever. Definitely not a good look and I will definitely make sure to spread the word about the poor phone etiquette.

Kenneth was awesome! Purchased standard pedals for temporary road bike riding. He help with the exchange, put air in the tires and provided keen proactive maintenance assessment for future references about my bike. Good stuff over there folks!

Brought my bike for a tune-up and was in and out fast. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and is evidently passionate about cycling. There are some very good looking bikes being built there too. Its great to have a solid bike shop in the neighborhood!

Kenneth and his crew are great! They have a lot of knowledge, selection, and expertise. Most parts I have needed they have been able to special order for me (if not in house). I highly recommend them, and am glad to have them as my local bike shop.

I had a horrible experience here. The guy with the locs was on his phone and laptop and did not wanna be bothered. I asked questions but he was too predisposed. Id totally understand if he was with another client or something but no, he was just surfing online and scrolling his phone. He made it obvious that he didnt wanna be bothered. Barely answered any of my questions and made it obvious that he wanted me out of there. Im new to the neighborhood so its great to see a lot of local community owned and operated businesses but when I went there I got the coldest reception ever. What makes it worse is the reviews and ads about this place are so positive and uplifting so who ever this guy is, is totally tarnishing the brand. As stated I literally live around the corner and love to support local businesses but the only way Ill go back there is if theres someone else available to help me. Even if its just to ask a few questions as Im learning more about bikes and repairs which appears to be what this shop is about.. Awesome place, really cool vibe, horrible guy with horrible energy at the front desk . Maybe he was just having an off day, Ill never know but it never feels good to come into a business with hopes of supporting it wholeheartedly and being openly rejected.

Southwest Atlantas only bike shop at time of review. A shop was desperately needed on this side of town and they have delivered. They host rides, Ive gotten all the parts I needed from them for all my bike maintenance and they do repairs! Couldnt ask for a better shop to open up in Westview.They also stock BMX bikes, which few, if any, of the intown bike shops Ive been to do.
