Surprisingly the place is consistently packed. I sat over in the eating area until the lines went down; that small break between people boarding their flights or something. I ordered a custom breakfast bagel sandwich. I substituted the bacon/sausage for deli Turkey meat. The bagel was delicious!!!! Warm just as I was expecting, soft on the inside, and just the right hardness on the outside. There was hardly any insides tho… See pictures to understand what I mean. They could really do something about the cleanliness of both the sitting area and the trash at the entry.

Pretty good coffee. Whats more impressive is the lids on their coffee cups. They have a built it slide to close it when your walking through the airport and the spout contours to your lips. Very ergonomic.

I’ve been here every time I go to the Atlanta airport. It’s always a short walking distance to my gate. The first time I went the worker had a very nasty attitude. The second time was a lot better. The bagels are actually very good. That’s all I order. It’s a little overpriced I guess.

0 stars. I purchased a chicken Caesar salad on 10/24 and there was mold in the salad on the cheese and chicken. I went back to speak to the clerk working and showed the salad to him. His response, “so, what do you want me to do about it.” I said I would like him to take care of it. His reply, “There is nothing I can do, they come predone in a box”

Absolutely without a doubt the worst airport food and workers ever! Everything we asked for on the menu, they didn’t have. We settled on a hot corned beef and a chicken salad sandwiches. The corned beef was more fat than beef. My husband ate half his chicken salad and the rest went in the trash. Should have gone to McDonald’s, at least we would have been happy with our lunch!!

9am on a Sunday and they’re out of everything except bagels and cream cheese. They were even out of the one bagel I asked for after being told they have no eggs, bacon, sausage or cheese. I already paid for the bagel I was stuck settling for just to have to change it to a plain at the last second. They could’ve at least yelled out to people letting everyone know don’t waist your time in this line unless you just want a deflect fee bagel choices and cream cheese. Oh well lesson learned. Only reason for two stars is the worker was kind.

Tried for the first time today. It was full, but I felt the wait was reasonable for the amount of people. I ordered a jalapeno cheddar bagel, toasted (2.48) with plain cream cheese (1.43). It tasted great, and had plenty of cream cheese. Marquez was the cashier and he was quick and courteous. Will stop by again when going through ATL airport. This is for the one located on concourse A.

Just ordered the worst CB on rye in my life. Bread was a drop below Wonder Bread, 3 slices of rubbery corned beef. I took one bite and threw in trash. The most insulting thing is that they give the impression it is a New York style deli.Ownership should be embarrassed.

Workers were very slow. I asked for a chicken salad sandwich, they said they didnt make it anymore. I ordered a Turkey cheddar sandwich, and they forgot the cheese. When I went back to get the cheese they thought I was lying. So they took one slice of cheese and ripped it in half. The fountain drink machine wasnt working either. Horrible!!

What a sloppy, grotesque interpretation of a corned beef on rye. Opening less than a minute after delivery it was a soggy mass of fat with a stringy sliver of actual corned beef. If I was not going to be immediately boarding a plane I would have got my money back on the abomination. Dont order from here. I threw it out on way to plane.

Not very friendly staff. Paid $17 for a lox on a bagel and EVERYTHING except the bagel and cream cheese were bad dated rotted. I bit into it and thought maybe it was just the wilted tomato then noticed the lettuce was old and the salmon tasted like I’m probably going to get food poisoning later.

Stopped by for a bagel while waiting for a flight. For context, I was the only Asian in line as well as the only minority. The cashier asked everyone in front of me cash or card, but when it got to my turn, he told me that they werent accepting cash, card only. This struck me as odd and the people behind me were also given the option for cash or card unless I misheard. Either way, the situation didnt sit right with me. I returned after a returning flight to discuss it with management. I was told the manager wasnt there as well as the cashier who I had the interaction with, but they said they would take note of my discomfort. I also attempted to reach the store by phone and by email, but I never received a response. It was overall a very questionable experience.

Just don’t. Do yourself a favor and skip it. Hit up the lords chicken, or the Golden Arches. I tried to get a cheese danish and the attendant looked at me funny, then looked at her coworker, and they both concluded that “they ran out”. Got a blueberry muffin, and it was dry and lacked blueberries. Iced coffee is just that. Nothing special.

Most of their machines were not ready to go. Were only able to do grab and go, bagels, hot or iced coffee. If you ordered toast, only one of the pieces was coming toasted. There 15 people behind the counter but only 3 were doing anything. Right across from A15.

Cashier was PICKING HER TEETH and basically acting like she did NOT want to be there. Never said hello or thank you. The only male employee (fixing food) seemed to be the most decent person at this location. Terrible customer service. Advice: go down a few feet and get something at Atlanta Bread or The coffee Bean.

Update: I found myself in a gate next to Goldberg’s again today, and, once more, they delivered good food, fast, and courteous. With a good attitude they worked incredibly quickly to successfully fill orders for a barrage of travelers, some a bit cranky and impolite, but Goldberg’s didn’t miss a beat. So, my experience continues to find them consistently better than most of the other choices here.Previous review: Relative to other mediocre & poor establishments in the Atlanta airport, I consider Goldbergs fairly good and dependable. I’m not sure why they have so many bad ratings, because, I don’t recall having a bad experience there, and, today the service was friendly and the food and coffee fairly decent for ATL.

It was tasty. Had a plain bagel and cream cheese. Didnt realize that it was $1.38 extra for it, but it happens. I was actually surprised with how early it was open. Coffee is a bit bitter, and I had ordered an iced vanilla latte. If you like not sugar bomb iced coffee, definitely the way to go. I liked it. Danish in container was fairly soggy, the pastry not very light and fluffy. Filling tased good. Workers seemed a little low energy, but it was 6 am, so I can understand not being totally awake.

Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes to get a bagel only to discover they made it wrong. Went back and it took them another 15 minutes to make a new one. Many employees had no clue what they were doing.The bagel had a sad slice of cheese on it with some plastic eggs. Paid over $8 for it. Would not recommend. Mocha latte also sucked.

Waited almost 20 mins for an egg and cheese bagel. Manager appeared tobe hustling but it was very disorganized and employees were rude and disrespectful to manager. Not listening and ignoring her. She ended up refunding me which I appreciate but this place honestly embarrassment to Goldbergs name. Love this place typically but this one in the airport is terrible.

Absolutely terrible location. I drive an hour and a half twice a month to their other north Atlanta locations where the food is amazing and the service is spectacular. This was not my first poor experience at this airport location. They rudely told me they open in 20 minutes despite having a published and acknowledged opening time of 5:30. I over payed - $20 for a bagel and they completely got it wrong. They served me what must have been a burnt bagel from the previous day. Management and owners should be ashamed of this location. Every employee was rude, casually laid back, and showed the worst work ethic I’ve ever seen. I will be distributing this to other sources as well.

I was at the Atlanta location back in August and I’m still annoyed with the service! Stood in line and when I finally got up to order they guy was to busy chatting with other employees and asked me to repeat myself several times. Finally when he decided to pay attention he asked what kind of bagel I wanted with my sandwich, I asked what they offered and he vaguely pointed at a sign. Then when I finally go to pay with cash he tells me they can’t give change for a $20. They had someone go to the bank but they weren’t back so they couldn’t make change. What kind of business can’t make change for a $20? He said I could pay with a card. I specifically brought cash so I wouldn’t have to use cards while traveling, I prefer not using them unless it’s an emergency. I told him no thanks I didn’t want to use my card. I got out of line and went to wait for my friends out of the way. Next thing I know I hear the “manager” screaming that if someone has a problem using their card to pay for their meals they can come see her! I didn’t complain and I wasn’t rude I just simply didn’t want to use my card, shouldn’t have heard her shouting at ppl inside the establishment because I prefer to pay with cash. I work retail I deal with rude customers daily and that is NOT how you handle any situation. The entire staff was rude and acted as if you were bothering them. If I had wanted too I could have gotten rude but I decided to not give you my business instead and wouldn’t give you any future business after that.

Bagels were grocery-store quality, and sandwich was an egg-like patty and Velveeta cheese on top. Brownie was dry cake. I did appreciate the house salad and crudités veggies since it’s tough to find healthy food at ATL. Staff were pleasant but I’d go elsewhere for good food.

This location is insanely hot. It is like walking into an oven. The customer service is so bad, except the girl taking orders she was so nice. Went to go sit down across the way after waiting 20 minutes for a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and there was coffee spilled all over the floor. No wet floor sign and no one going to clean it up. I definitely will pick another food choice when I come back.

Lately I’ve been seeking out Lox bagels with the works (capers, salmon slices, tomatoes, cucumbers). Don’t buy Lox at Goldbergs in Atlanta (maybe should have known better based that this isn’t regional fish here). It’s $16 and comes with a couple measly slices of salmon, one caper, and way too many onions. Apparently it’s a kit that they can’t modify in store. Spend those hard earned dollars elsewhere!

I know airport food is usually bad across the board, so I came in with low expectations. I figured it would be pretty hard to go wrong with a simple bagel and cream cheese. I definitely went wrong. They handed me some.. thing that looked unappetizing, which I ended up feeding to the garbage can. I later found out that ATL airport actually has some decent food options in Terminal A so youd definitely be better off going elsewhere.

Pamela and whoever she was working with were at the register taking orders. Pamela was openly cussing about the guy in front of me. That guy didn’t speak English and didn’t know how to do anything but point at the item in his hand he was purchasing. As I walked up to the counter she was telling her co-worker how she wanted to slap customers like that....Pamela, it’s not being rude, it’s a language barrier. If you are concerned about other people being rude, how bout ask the customer what bagel flavour they in stead of telling the guy making the order whatever. Give tour customer the option

Ordered an iced mocha. Staff made it hot. Told them I ordered it cold. They did not apologize nor did they admit they had made the wrong drink. They told me I ordered it hot. (Despite that the cashier had asked the person behind making the coffee can we make iced mochas? and the woman making them said yes.) The tone of the worker was extremely rude. She just dumped a lump of ice into the hot drink shed already prepared and gave me a glare.Woman in front of me had ordered a gluten free meal and they did not make it gluten free. They didnt apologize/acknowledge the error for her order either.This was my first and last time eating here.

Ordered bagel with lox cream cheese. Got plain cream cheese. Didnt have time to go back.And while I was waiting, an older lady was behind me trying to figure out what she wanted. The worker asked her if she was ready & the older lady said she wasnt ready. The worker gossiped to the other worker saying, shes still not ready and as the older lady approached that worker, she whispered to the other coworker, I should walk away now (As to not serve her right now since the older lady made her wait to order cause she wasnt ready.) Huge Bagel!!! Almost $6 for just a bagel and spread but it’s in an airport so that’s to be expected.I pulled the bagel out of the bag and it was huge! I’m ashamed I didn’t take a picture of it. There was much more bagel and cream cheese than I knew what to do with.
