Visiting from out of town and, WOW! I was incredibly impressed with all services. Bathroom was clean at a busy time, staff always kept themselves busy and had self service items available at all times, they were friendly and efficient, helpful, and everything was FANTASTIC (including fast and appearance). Hands down best Einstein’s I’ve ever been too. All the staff deserve a well earned raise.
I come here often, but one day it was a group of ladies behind the counter and they never looked this alive before. The atmosphere was light and fun. The lady gave me exactly what I wanted, and just at that moment I felt good to be in there. So good, I had to write a review about how happy the ladies made me. Like I said I go in there often, and it never was an atmosphere like that before. Anyway never go on weekends wayyyy too crowded.
Most employee and customers crowded around with no mask. 30 minute wait for a bagel with cream cheese. Employees are nice just not efficient.
The service was great and the staff were friendly and kind! We felt very comfortable there and the atmosphere was great! The food was amazing too! If we are ever back in Atlanta, we will definitely stop by again!
The general manager Scott is my new best friend!!! I was craving some cinnamon sugar bagels and he came through when Tucker and Atlanta didnt!!! Im driving from Stonecrest from now on to get my bagels!!!! Thank you Peachtree location!
Einstein Brothers provided fast and efficient delivery service for our group of 20 students and 13 adults. The food and coffee was delicious!Thank you for your wonderful service!
Bagels were fantastic! But my catering order was late. I was supposed to be able to pick up at 7:45am and didn’t walk out of there until 8:10. Put my entire morning behind at work.
Good atmosphere, a bit crowded. There were enough seats for people to sit. Parking lot is right next to it. Price I would say is medium. But you get quality ingredients. The attached pictures are Uper Nova Nox and Bacon avocado tomato egg sandwich. Very fresh salmon and tomatoes makes the bagels taste good. The person who took my order was really nice and patient in me selecting bagels and explaining the details of it.If you sign up for a free membership now, you can get a free bagel of your choice and a shmear for free when you purchase something. (Blueberry + honey almond shmear tastes really good!)Try them out and decide.
Scott the manager is a thief and so is Erika they stealing from the store and Scott make sure the drop is 1500 all the other money the store makes he takes it home which is not proper protocol and John the head guy knows whats going on so if people still want to go to a place to eat where the manager and co worker are stealing from by all means do it the food is good
Very busy but food was excellent . Worth the wait.
The bagels were pretty good. I ordered two packages of six because they didnt offer a bakers dozen through DoorDash. Rather than give me a good assortment I ended up with basically the same in each six pack and on top of that I was two short.
I mean... its Einstein. Need I say more? Great service!
Terrible, rude staff. No respect. Can’t answer simple questions. Don’t go here. They are unsanitary, rude and just under terrible management.
Great service and friendly staff. My only issues that they ran out of everything bagels.
ATTITUDE!!!!! Seriously the worst customer service! First time to Einstein bros. Bagels and she expected me to know everything. When I asked if she has something on the menu she said that’s not my job to know.
I had the French toast bagel with honey almond spread....DELICIOUS!
Don’t come to this place. Food is horrible!! And they have bad actitud! Service is the worse
Awesome food! Outstanding customer service!!!!
They were quick and its fresh in there
The bagels are the best in town and the lady taking the orders is really nice a friendly
Great early morning service . 1st time not my last( lox bagel)
All the staff were very friendly!
I ordered two toasted tasty turkeys, each with a side of potato salad. We get home and open it up. BOTH sandwiches don’t have any turkey. It’s just tomato and lettuce. How do you make two tasty turkey sandwiches with no turkey?! There are also no sides in the bag. And just to make it perfect, they weren’t even toasted. So we paid 15 bucks for two cold bagels. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ll be going pretty much anywhere else from now on.
Plentiful and free parking, warm and fast service. Bagels never disappoint, great quick breakfast joint.
GM “Scott” was probably the rudest person that I have had confrontation with in months. He ruined the whole experience with his awful attitude. Disappointed
Had the Avocado toast and hash brown. Delicious 😋Bathrooms were nice and clean as well. Great job!!!
My favorite coffee shop in midtown, not just because of the great coffee + bagels, but because of the BEST staff! The staff is welcoming and accommodating, even when it gets very busy. They always put a smile on my face and are working hard. I have spent many, many hours here and I always enjoy going back! Great place whether you need to get work done, meet for good conversation, or want some hot coffee.
Rude employees and no customer service. Much better places to get breakfast in area.
Update: I ended up returning again, but this time earlier in the morning and had a far better experience. This location is pretty good, just don’t come after 11:30am.—Consistently bad service at this location. Last time I had to wait an hour for an egg and cheese bagel, watched the drink cooler catch fire, and a customer verbally attacking an innocent employee. It gets two stars for entertainment value. Nice bagels though - if they don’t run out of the kind you want by the time they make it.
Always friendly service!
Lox what more can I say!!!
Usually they are great, been out of bagels lately, makes ordering difficult.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. Even an employee on break went out of her way to help me! They really do a good job of creating a lively and homey atmosphere. Imagine a Starbucks but the employees take the time to positively interact with each guest instead of rushing to get them their coffee. I saw the manger going around and interacting with people even after they had gotten their food, which I have never seen in any quick service establishment. all in all the bagel was good, the service was great, the atmosphere was phenomenal!
App doesnt work on 6 attempts. Walked 12 blocks for a Nova bagel, out of that, out of everything bagels, out of egg whites+but they have regular eggs?? Clearly not fresh eggs here.No apology. At least they could not be fresh out of that.
The place has a nice atmosphere, but the last two times I came, they forgot things on my sandwich. The first time after asking if I wanted two eggs, and paying for two eggs, they only gave me one. (I asked if they could add on the second egg which was fine). The second time, I ordered the Bacon, Avocado, Tomato, which also comes with a tomato spread. The sandwich didnt have the avocado or the tomato spread which was disappointing. I hope next time they get it right.
My rating reflects this location only.
They forgot the chips I paid for. Disappointed.
Lackluster food, rude staff
It was very busy when I went, but even with rude customers the staff were very engaging and polite.
Fired rude girl - ALL BETTER NOW! :) Love, love, love it now! Farmhouse - 1st item on menu is the best! They customize too, so I get bagel sliced thin so its easy to bite. Staff is happy. Food, coffee & teas are good. Quick in/out. Love my new travel mug too :)
UPDATE: Originally 3, but were moving to a 4 now. We went in again and the GM made sure everything was right. Thanks Scott. Order came out quickly and perfectly this time.I ordered 2 eggs on my chorizo bagel, and they forgot the eggs. Should be an easy fix right? Just give me the eggs? They threw away my original one and then forgot to remake it. Ive been sitting here for at least an extra 15 minutes after I should have already been out and on my way. They did forget to remake my order. Luckily the GM was very apologetic and took the time to fix my order himself. Im glad he was there to make things right. He saved this from a 1 star to a 3 star review because he was able to step in, but also, come on! He shouldnt have had to step in the first place and fix his staffs mistakes.
I want to like this place. The food is the same as other Einsteins but the service is incredibly slow. Walking in to get a bagel on Sunday morning took -- no joke -- 20 minutes. It seems they really havent nailed down their production line and the whole process is just incredibly slow. Sadly one of the only places thats convenient so not a lot of competition in the area.
I love this place work down the street and go every day I had a virtual card with my name on it and my Id and they would not let me pay for my breakfast, and it’s how I paid the pay before! There is a parade going on today and they have been slower than usual all day!!! Bad call on the cashiers side now I will make sure to go elsewhere EVERYDAY!!!4/18/2019 updateI have continued to come in everyday and since the last review my experiences have been great!! Every time I come in everyone is very friendly and remembers my name! This is a great staff and I can tell they do care about the people who come in! Ms. Mary Always greets me with a smile and knows me by name! Jordan is so friendly as well and remembers my regular order! Which makes it feel like family when I spot by! Tina and Trina are also always kind! I wish I knew everyone’s name because I’d leave a personal fantastic review for each one!! Thank you for caring!!!
Fast, delicious, easy. Scott wants every customer to have a good experience and you sense it. They offer Caribou coffee and a variety of about twenty bagel types. The facility is clean and bright.
Place is cozier than youd think from the outside. For a quick grab and go breakfast or lunch they made a nice seating area in the back. Very friendly staff, quick service and generally good food. Only downside, the coffee was way too watery for my taste...
It’s Pride Parade Sunday, here in Atlanta. With a slight chill and drizzle, the gays seek refuge inside this Einstein’s. Though there was a wait, the team worked nonstop and kept everyone’s mood uplifted, with laughter. The Crispy Chicken & Tater bagel was worth every minute of waiting. Thanks, team.Happy Pride.
Honestly shocked by some of the reviews I read for this location. I went on a Saturday and the place was basically empty. Not busy between 7 and 8 am. I have no idea what people mean by not friendly. Either they have gotten better over the past couple of weeks, or the reviews are people that dont realize people from Georgia just arent that friendly. They were just as friendly as people at any other store, service was quick and food was hot. Couldnt expect more, just like every other location (except not busy). I would return, but this isnt close to my house. Nice location, free parking and friendly staff.
I enjoy their food whether its my personal order or having them cater my business meetings. Great choices, great service and great experience.
Unfortunately I experienced a very profound yet ignorant occurrence at this given location approximately at 10:50am today. A young lady was in line before me and was simply asking for a particular item to be added within her coffee. The cashier without any professionalism used profanity and disrespected not only the young lady but the customers who were in line by profusely stating aloud how “these customers up in here are annoying as $hit with not knowing what they want.” Other distasteful phrases were made but for the sake of time let’s remain in the present with the initial comment made by the cashier. In conclusion, I’m highly disappointed at the level of customer care and yet again professionalism that was not present during my visit.
Watching a employmee put bagels into the slicer and what happens is the bagels may slide off and hit the floor.. The EMPLOYEE PICS UP THE DIRTY FOOD OFF THE FLOOR AND DIDNT CHANGE GLOVES AT ALL.. IM WATCHING RIGHT NOW AS SHE KEEPS ON MAKING FOOD WITH THE SAME DARN GLOVE......
Usually I have very good experiences here (hence the 3 stars) but this morning I walked in eager to try the new Chicken & Tater breakfast bagel. The response from the woman working at the register was classic. Me, I would like to try the new Chicken & Tater breakfast, response Would you like it with no chicken?, me No, of course I want the chicken, response We aint got no chicken. Ill likely try again one day, hopefully they will have the New Item! they advertise on every window and ad board in the building.
Ive been a regular at this location for the last two years on Sundays for lunch. Today, I was greeted by an unfriendly, Were closed! Apparently, they closed today at 1pm (two hours early!) for a training event. Keeping unpredictable hours is a fantastic way to drive off regular customers. I will reconsider this location on future Sundays.
Kree is super nice! It’s always pleasant seeing her! Their fruit and granola parfaits are also really awesome!
Einstein has great bagels. However, this location turns what should be an awesome experience into one like buying a bagel from junkyard owner with a bad attitude. Let me clarify, its not all of the associates. Its certain members of the management team, where you think would ensure your experience was great. When asked about the cost like Nova Lox, her reply was do I want to pay an additional $5. Of course I said no because I have been going to Einstein Bros Bagels for many years and to multiple locations around the country. I have never paid an extra $5. However, that was not what made return my purchase for a refund. It when she told other associates and guests I be crazy and stupid. Understanding that might be a response if I was a [email protected] about it all. I was not. This was not going to determine my day. So, I go to another bagel shop, Goldbergs and start again. If Einstein Bros Bagels is reading this, it is all about experience that will double your sales not just your food. Continue success.
My Santa Fe bagel sandwich was very good. Fast, timely service after ordering. Ive been to other locations in New Mexico; this one was comparable but the servers arent over friendly or welcoming here. I dont regret stopping in, the food was very good. You just wont establish a rapport with the servers.
Thoroughly enjoyed brunch here. I had the Mac n cheese bacon egg and cheese bagel. It was delicious! I was nervous that the bagel was going to be hard and chewy. But it was the total opposite. Warm, soft and full of flavor. Very friendly staff.
This location likely needs a change of management.Sunday at 1240 they were out of most of their bagels and besides they were so backed up in the production that any bagels visible werent necessarily available - unacceptable. You need a better inventory management procedure as well as a system to let customers know whats actually available. This wouldnt have been as bad if customer service actually existed. Rather than politely telling me what was available, the woman running the register had an attitude.Next, I ordered an unsweet iced tea. The tea tasted as if the canister hadnt been cleaned in ages because it had a burnt coffee taste. I question if they actually clean properly. Besides, they should be replacing these regularly. Finally, the woman making the bagels was clearly sick and coughing over everything.Note: I dont blame the minimum wage workers here. I blame poor management. This should be addressed immediately before you lose more customers or get a health inspection.Dont come here. Make something at home or find a better restaurant (good luck though - I have yet to find a good bagel place in all of Atlanta short of Goldbergs)
I love the staff here and if you havent tried the strawberry banana smoothie, I highly recommend it.. it is definitely my favorite! Of course the bagels are good but so is the muffins.. they have the best and when heated theyre even better. Parking in rear of building makes this stop less stressful without stuffing a meter in a lot or street.
Friendly staff, fast service.
Staff was very nice but the lady at the register touched money and touched her nose with her hands about 15 times THEN without washing her hands and not putting gloves on she was making our coffee!! Handling the silver milk container with the same hands she touched her nose with and money!! NOT okay in the food industry serving the public!! The staff making our sandwiches used gloves!! The lady working the register touching her nose did not!!
About as expected. Good bagels.
The service at this place is great. Trina deserves a shout out for being so friendly and personable! A convenient stop for quick breakfast in midtown.
Ive been here no less than 10 times, but it has more to do with the taste/quality of the bagel. The customer service is pretty good and Im always greeted by a friendly staff member. However, every time I come, my bagel is drenched in butter. I always ask for light butter and for my bagels to be placed in the turbo toaster (for more of a crispy texture). Every time, both the bagel and the bag it sits in are both soaking with what is supposed to be a light spread of butter. I have to be extra careful that touching the bag wont stain my clothes. I think the staff should/could take more care in making sure the order is right and that the bags arent drenched with anything. The latter 2 suggest a carelessnessthat honestly isnt warranted, honestly.
Customer service could definitely improved. The lady that was taking my order seemed to be upset. I asked for no onions on my lunch bagel yet she still included them and they forgot to include my fruit cup....Food is good but wont be back
The manager at the Peachtree Street location is one of the friendliest guys you will ever meet. The product and the people at this store are awesome. I make a point to go every Saturday.
The employee had a rude, scolding tone. Told me to move down, when I was looking in the glass display at what bagels were there. She assumed I was trying to order. When she gave me the bagel, I asked if she had any small to-go containers of cream cheese. Rolled her eyes, and gave me this See, now I have to charge you lecture. I told her dont worry about it and left. Absolutely unacceptable to treat a customer that way. My first and LAST visit there.
Open for pickup, dine-in not available. It was good to see them enforce distancing and mask wearing.
For a little under $7, you can get a double egg, bacon, and cheese garlic bagel to start off your morning right! The flavors are great, but the service can be a bit slow in the morning given staff availability. Parking can be found on the street, and the store is within walking distance of various offices
Food and drinks are great! but the service is HORRIBLE!! would never go back to this location. It took a to go order of nothing fancy- 55 minutes. I understand they may be busy in the am with breakfast orders but at most 30 minute wait - if it is any more - the manager should recognize and pull employees from the cash register/drink line to help with the demand. absolutely ridiculous.
Consistent fave. Tasty Turkey on everything bagel with no cream cheese, add provolone...The best. Always a good pic is the bagel dog. Try one
I visit this location every few weeks, and have mostly excellent encounters. Friendly staff and great food. Today they have this buttery caramel coffee that is DELICIOUS! Rare mistakes are usually fixed with an apology. Nobody has all good days, so I can forgive the rare grouchy moods.
They have such great service here. You can walk and enter on Peachtree street, or if driving you can enter into the parking lot via 5th or via Peachtree. Coffee is always fresh and hot, food is delicious. Try their seasonal blends of coffee. Autumn roast is fantastic as is their winter roast. My day to day is their vanilla hazelnut coffee and an everything bagel with cream cheese.
1st real experience there pretty good! Had the asiago bagel with egg and cheese. Service was good.
Great bagel shop in a convenient downtown location. Friendly staff and their bagels are a hit at the office. Dont forget the shmear!
Great coffee, excellent bagels, OK seating. More comfortable than Dunkin but not as comfortable as Starbucks. Bagels are better than either though.
Awesome!!
This is my bagel shop, I like its menu, my favorite the Nova Lox and now with this combination/mashup with Caribou Coffee is great option for bfast and great coffee.
Customer service is awesome. I come here a lot and get the same thing. Someones they remember which is cool. Love the bagels, but would love more variations.
A great place to gan a quick bite and enjoy a coffee!
I’ve been here 3 times. Every time that I have visited, the same woman has an extremely nasty attitude. Don’t come to work if you are going to treat your customers bad. I will not be revisiting.
Einstein Bagels has the best bagels and coffee! I truly enjoy coming here. The service is great and the food is DELICIOUS.
Einstein never goes wrong in taste. However, this place has ridiculously slow service. Theres no good reason a bagel should take over 20 minutes to prepare, so something needs to be changed. Will be going to other locations in the future where I dont have to wait such long times for fast food. Making bagels isnt rocket science.Edit: on top of that, they messed up my order.Edit 2: the manager reached out and went through the issues and was really helpful. His friendliness and understanding, as well as his willingness to talk about the issues, makes up for the prior inconvenience!
Such good bagels. A great place to grab a breakfast if youre in a rush. And the employees are so nice at this location.
Terrible service! I ordered through the mobile app. I went to pick the food up and the cashier was extremely rude. Then when I got home with my food and started to eat I noticed my food had egg shells in it. Disgusting!
I think they struggle with cleanliness. Found bacon on my otherwise vegan sandwich. Slightly disappointed.
We stopped by Sunday after church. The place was immaculate. The staff was so very friendly, all smiles, and they cleaned continuously.I love this location.
Food is great and the staff is friendly.
The lady at the counter was crabby and unprofessional. When we commented about it she said she was upset because people were reaching into the tip jar and taking money ( not our problem). We ordered breakfast as well as a bakers dozen to take. We asked for 3 pumpernickels and when the total was 14 bagels she even suggested taking away a pumpernickel so we know she heard us. We changed the quantity of another because pumpernickel is our favorite. Instead, she gave us 3 poppy seed. We are very unhappy and will go out of our way to go to the nearest location to avoid this one.
Convenient midtown location with parking and friendly staff
I love their bagels. Cinnamon apple flavor has chunks of apple w cinnamon. A+
Failure to notice only customer waiting to be acknowlwdge to place order until apparently regular customer they knew by name came in & jumped in front of waiting customer. Then asked if I needed help! Other customer they knew by name was given her food free of charge so she did not have to wait. Employees had lots of personal talking while preparing order; one employee with persistent, bad cough. Covering mouth but still 🤢. Once order placed, quick preparation but no crowd of Friday before holiday weekend.
Scrupulously clean, attentive staff. Drinks were perfection. Will definitely keep this in my orbit.
Very friendly staff, great coffee, love to stop by for a quick coffee break.
