#8122612 on 2021-09-24 Cover Upper P# 4G0907299AB 4PK - Its the only new part available to replace the 2012 A7 - P# 4G8907299 4PK. (Soul Black (color) item not available through Audi ... Discontinued). NOT A PERFECT FIT BUT, WORKED with Lower P# 4G0907299AA 4PK. I fitted it to a 2012 A7 Prestige model; it limits the rear view mirror (upward) adjustment but; maintains functionality. NOTE: This item is NOT a direct replacement for the 2012 model year, unfortunately.

They have an awesome selection of parts, even the ones that are low stock everywhere else. The website is incredibly easy to navigate. The status update emails are very nice to keep track of packages. Parts are a little spendy but well worth it. I bought a part that was hipping from Germany and out of stock everywhere else. The delivery said it would take a few weeks (not their fault) but they sent an email asking if I would like it expedited for FREE! They even refunded my account without me having to do anything after a part was out of stock! My only thing I wish they were a little more on top of is letting me know the part is out of stock quicker. But I believe they let me know as soon as they found out.With incredibly fast customer service and an easy-to-navigate website, They get 5 stars from me! Thank Jim Ellis Audi.

They had the part I needed for my Audi at a good price; however, shipping was very expensive. The main reason for a low rating is speed of service. Site says most orders ship in 24 hours. It took over 2 weeks for them to ship my order then 3 more days for it to get to me. If I would have known it was going to take that long before they took my money I would have paid more for the part from another source instead of going almost 3 weeks without my car. I had to drive my husbands BMW while we waited fir my Audi parts to come in.

Bought a used Porsche Cayenne S at the Jim Ellis Audi Marietta dealership.The next morning the middle console (navigation, GPS, radio) shut down.I asked them if they sold me a lemon and they assured its not the case, the sales associate offered to drive to my place the next day with a loaner car which I will drive until they fix the problem. This was on a Friday and I didnt want the guy spending his Saturday with this, since my place is about two hour drive from the dealership. I said I will drive there on Monday, so I took a vacation day and did just that. I got the loaner car and left the Cayenne.It was seven (7) weeks ago.I inquired a number of times and they were always nice when talked to me but more often than not they didnt respond to my emails, texts etc.I got some updates that the part is expensive and they have to order it and all.Im sympathetic to them in general but seven weeks looks an awful lot of time to fix an issue and the problem comes down to the fact that the person who did the checkups on the car before selling it, didnt do a great job at all...Buying a used car there most likely not a great idea either.I gave one star for now and will update the review when I know something.Not sure when will that happen though...

I got answers via email to help make sure that I was getting the parts I needed. The prices were good. The items were packed well. What keeps this from being a 5 Star rating is the fact that they charge a restocking fee for returned items. Since the consumer is paying shipping both ways for a return, a restocking fee for most items seem unwarranted. This said, I would use them again.

I purchased my first Audi last week and I promise you, it wont be my last!! Aside from absolutely loving the car, my salesperson, Cortlin, was amazing! She did EVERYTHING! She helped me pick out the car, arranged my financing, and even did the financial paperwork with me at HER desk! She followed through on everything she said, and is always available for questions. I must say...she ROCKS!

Complete ripoff. Be careful here I was charged $500 for a diag. It was obvious the salesperson didn’t listen to me. He also wasn’t clear in his communication of cost or process. Read everything thoroughly and carefully.

Great experience! I previously ordered an A/M part from a part store which didnt fit once it arrived. I found Jim Ellis online and ordered the new part. My order was process the same day and shipped the following day and in all I received within 2 days. I received email notifications anytime the status of my order changed. Although it runs and drives as well as ever, my 2001 Audi A6 Quattro is showing its age in many small ways. It may seem minor, but one of these distractions was the center console, with a loose and broken cup-holder. Jim Ellis Audi Parts Department had the unique plastic mount which makes that feature work. A few keystrokes and soon the part was in my mailbox. A little time with a few hand tools, and voila; a console as it should be, and the shabby broken cup-holder a fading bad dream.

Their customer service is simply horrible. They have advertised free shipping on parts before new year. I ordered parts, paid (subtotal was right, no shipping fees), only to get an email that only one of six parts ordered is eligible for free shipping and they are asking as much as $350 to ship per part. One of the items they couldnt even ship (why sell online then?). I called them only to hear that they will not ship my parts as paid, without additional fees. They wouldnt even lower the fee or ship the product I paid for. Todd (manages purchases over internet) did not even apologize for inconvenience. He just said he will cancel the order and dropped the phone. I am shocked by their ignorance and incompetence.
