Atlanta Appliance Repair (AAR) diagnosed my washing machine, said theyd order a transmission which would take about a month, then mostly ignored my calls after that. They called me once to tell me itd be 12 more days before they got the transmission, but that was over a month ago and they continue to ignore my calls. Do yourselves a favor and find another appliance repair company. AAR used to be efficient but it doesnt seem like the same company anymore.Editing to add: It seems I was mistaken and this is not the same company that gave me such shoddy service. I apologize and please delete my review if you can. Thanks.

We had a small issue with scheduling, but their staff resolved it with no time. The technician came and fixed our stove. everything works now.

We had a technician come out to repair a broken dryer heating unit. He was very knowledgable, professional, and efficient. And the dryer is working properly once again.It was a little difficult to coordinate the schedules with the home office. I had to call a few times after they forgot to follow up. So it took a little extra effort, but ultimately we were able to get everything fixed.

Even Rustom could fix a dishwasher with parts from here.

Our KitchenAid double oven shut down and won’t do anything. Two young guys came out and pulled the unit and notified us that unit needs a new mother board. Luckily, they had this part in their warehouse, so next day they came back and finished repair.

We had an issue with our KitchenAid oven, we called on Wednesday and on Thursday morning the repair guy was atour house. He replaced faulty ignition module and after that everything works as it should.

Our Samsung refrigerator went out on Thursday evening. I filled out the appointment form on their website and then next morning the lady called and sent a technician in a few hours. The start system on the compressor was replaced and now everything got back to normal. Will use them again!
