I absolutely love this place. You get great help. They have great air guns at price comparable to the big boys. Paint is wonderful and lumber is good. They can order what you need from gutters to electrical. Price is good enough. Service is out of this world.

Very helpful personel. Lots of neat stock. Quick with order, had to be cut, peice of glass. Used to frequent this business years ago, moved away for 10 years but we are back now and I will be using this business again

Small town lumber yard/hardware store. Been around for two lifetimes. Some times they arent the cheapest. Sometimes they dont have everything, but they are local and they strive to maintain that old-time level of service for their customers.

Every employee at Athens Lumber is always very courteous and helpful! Today I bought some plywood and had a specific cut I needed made for a backyard chicken coop I am building. One of the guys who work in the back loading made the cut for me and I was very thankful for that because I couldnt have made the correct cut myself. They are also very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Drove 25 miles on a Saturday, pulled up right at 12 not realizing they close at noon. They ran to the door and locked it. We had to drive to Aces Hardware in Canton. Aces will be oir go-to from now on.
