Like that place, always been treated good there. Prices comparable with anyone.

I like many of their items, I can get lost in there for hours, although I believe many things are more expensive here. The employees are helpful when you need help and are usually friendly, but not always. My reason for giving a rating of 2 is because I have an issue with not receiving a phone call back from the manager twice over a 5 month period in reference to some information I was looking for that I was told only he knew. Two times my information was taken to receive a call back by two different employees, and still, as of today, I have not received a return phone call. While I understand that so much has been and is going on in our world, I still should have received that return phone call I had already been waiting well over a month for, especially after going in and saying something about what happened previously. I was told at that time by 2 different employees they would make sure the manager got my second message, along with letting them know I was upset I hadnt received that other phone call Ive been waiting for. Its important to me to support our locally owned, smaller, non retail businesses, but with this happening as it has, sadly, it makes it extremely difficult to want to support this one. I hope they read my review and strive to do better in the future.

I had a bad blow out this morning taking my son to school. Ms Kendra and Hunter were able to fit me in unexpectedly and gave me a better deal than discount tire. I will definitely be doing business again with them in the future!

Good place to get the product you need for animals. I would like to suggest they get a website for the coop side and not just ace hardware so I can look online for product without having to call and ask a zillion questions to find out about product and if they have what I need but I will say they have been helpful when calling..

Went to buy some hay.the young lady I spoke with at the counter was very personable and assured me that the guy that would come out and help me with what I wanted. I was trying to get a couple of decent bales of hay for my goat and the only halfway edible looking hey was three or four bales down. Young man was very unhappy about having to move a few bales of hay and you could tell by his attitude that he was not. Check out was fine young lady was very personable, no problems getting it loaded in the truckbut the hay wasnt fit for anything to eat when I got it home and opened it up and looked at it it was dead Brown on the inside my goat couldnt eat it.

Awesome customer service. Jerry is very knowledgeable and helped me to pick the perfect tires for my car. They even called to let me know that I was going to need brakes very soon and they got those fixed to in a very timely manner.

Loved this place until they forced a mask mandate on everyone, despite the US surgeon general and most medical professionals saying they are ineffective. Our veterans did not fight and die so you could force mindless democrat socialist agendas on we the people because they want our economy wrecked hoping they can win an election! Boycotting until you fix this other big account holders will follow, viva la freedom!

My husband needed some fence and other things and was waiting for the employee to get off his cell phone. He just ignored my husband until finally my husband had enough. The employee should’ve known my husband needed something because my husband was in front of him but never acknowledged my husband. Poor customer service. The cashiers were nice except the employee in the back. Whatever happened to courtesy.

I was there over 2 hours for an oil change and it was the most expensive one Ive ever had. And they used the cheapest filter they could. Almost $100 for an oil change! They will not ever get my business again! 😡

Tire prices were Great. Service is a little slow so you take the good with the bad. Spent 5 hours getting two vehicles done with tires and a front end alignment. But still very happy. Give them a chance.

Great place to take your vehicle if you need oil change or a tire fixed. The guys there are very friendly and very quick on getting your tires done. They are the only place I take my car to if it needs tire fixed or change or oil change.

This is my go to store right here!! Every time I go, they have what I need, what Im looking for and if its on order, they take my information and contact me when it comes in. The Tire Pros Dept is awesome to deal with, they are fair and do not push products, parts or services. Instead they advise what may need to be done or repaired/replaced and if you decline, its not a huge deal, unless its a issue of immediate response. You wont be disappointed with the Co-Op!!

I tried to get some work done at the co-op once again. My truck needed an alignment, so my wife and I dropped it off at 10 A.M. I was called around 10:35 A.M. by Rich stating they couldnt get my truck started. I finally got in touch and drove up there myself, maybe one hour later and started my truck with no issues with Rich watching. They called back later and stated that I needed a right control arm and two bushings. I specifically asked if the work could be completed and if they could get the parts and Rich said yes, since bad weather was on the way. I called at 5:55 and asked if my truck was complete, since I need it to go to work in the morning because it is a four wheel drive. I was told that the parts never arrived. I was extremely upset, but bit my tongue since that never solves anything. However, I needed my truck because I didnt want to leave my family without a vehicle capable of going in the snow, so I went and picked my truck up and told them I would find someone else to preform the work. I wouldnt recommend anything done at the CO-OP in Athens, TN this was my second attempt and last. I believe communication is key in business and the CO-OP lacks all of this.

The folks at Ag Central in Athens are very friendly and knowledgeable. The are dedicated to giving you the best service they can and doing what is best for you and your vehicle. They go above and beyond! And their prices destroy the dealer prices for the same service.

Athens co-op has terrible customer service. They told me I needed an air filter which was not in stock and said they would call when it came it, Im still waiting on that call. I called yesterday to see if I can get some tires and ask if they had in stock, I had to leave a message, still no return call. In past they actually put the wrong oil in my car. They never get my sticker miles or months right and last oil change they failed to reset my oil change mileage. I guess its time to take my daughters advice and go somewhere else!

Mr. Jaquish in the tire shop was extremely rude! I could not believe the bad attitude he had for me asking a simple question about my tire. Then I get a call saying it’s not fixable and they want me to spend $140 on a new tire. I went and got my tire and took it to someone else to have it fixed. He was shocked when I told them that they told me it wasn’t fixable. I don’t think I will ever use their tire department ever again!

Took my car in for alignment and was told I needed a rear control arm that was going to cost me over 3 or 4 hundred dollars.i took my car to get it check somewhere else and was told there was nothing wrong with the control arms and cost me 53 dollars to have the alignment done. Will never go back

Tire center . They said it would take 30 to 40 min to rotate and balance ties. 1 hour and 45 mins later they started on my truck. Total time there 2 hours 13 min.
