I switched to this company when I first moved back to Tennessee. I must say I have not been disappointed. There is no fast ball that I have thrown at them that they havent been able to handle. Despite some of their staff moving to different stores yo better themselves the staff continues to rise to the occasion. This particular store rocks it. I love them.

I had the best experience yesterday when I came in to get new service . Not only did I get the iPhone I came in intending to get, but based on my credit I also got it only paying taxes & $500 in accessories with transferring my old existing number to my new phone! I was very pleased with all of the things I got, how fast I was waited on, & the Sales Representative that took care of me went above & beyond to meet my every need!!! Would recommend to anyone & will most definitely keep my service and business with them!

The lady that helped me was great. I left with 2 phones and all the accessories for them without any problems. I will be doing business with this location again.

Normally I would rate them much, much better but on a busy day yesterday as it was I felt like they needed a little better people skills.they let u know that you was there when u walked in the door but that was it . No one separately to take payment, or would step away to do it very quickly. As we all know it takes a while to get the right phone.
