Horrible customer service. To start with manager held a phone for me till Monday. Went Monday to get the phone she wasnt there and lady told me they didnt have the phone. She called manager and manager told her it would be in tomorrow. Went back Tuesday and got the phone. Got home and phone wouldnt even work. When someone called you the screen was black couldnt answer. Took the phone back next day and they told me it was a manufacturer warranty issue I would have to send it back to them and be with out a phone for at least 2 or more day. This should be an issue handled in the store since the phone didnt work to start with.UPDATE: Went to Decatur store they are great! Gave me a eeplreplace phone no questions asked. Never will I go to the Athens store again!

The girls here at Cricket are very knowledgable and take care of you like family. Great customer service skills, very friendly, and of course, always put customers first!

They were friendly but other than that they have no power to make any difference in any issue you bring to them. But this isnt the employees fault, management is lacking as is conflict resolution over phone matters.

Fast this time but last visit got ripped off gave us a broke phone then made us pay 25 to get it replaced

Went in today and was told we had to buy either a case or screen protector with our phone. Went down to the county line road location and brought the phone there. Messaged cricket and they said purchasing an accessory isn’t require when buying a phone.

Phone signal is spotty. Price is right.
