Bought a 2019 can- am defender last year, with a $1299 extended warranty and a $1399 service plan through riders advantage. They knew they were going to stop selling Polaris and can- am, but didnt tell me. Anywho they stopped selling them less than a month later and wouldnt honor the service plan. Said another can am dealer would, so I had to drive 2.5 hours to the nearest dealer that would accept it and they had it for 2 months trying to get it approved since they were a second party. Moral of the story. Ritchie is a crooked business. If I could give 0 start I would.

I use to go to Homestead tractor in Cleveland. But those people dont care about there customers. After I went to Richie. It will be the only place I ever go. They are very knowledgeable and care about the customers!!! The guy at the parts counter really knows his stuff.

Spent a long time in the store and outside looking. When we were about to leave someone finally greeted us. Spent about an hour here and about 5 minutes with a sales person. I will just buy closer to home.

Sold out and gone

I had been working on purchasing a Polaris RZR for awhile and it was very refreshing to deal with a shop that didnt try to hard sell the unit. They were very straight forward during the sales process and had a very competitive financing option. On top of that they had the best price in the area.Based on my experience I would recommend them.

I had my rear tire changed here and about died because of it. I took my bike home and the next day went to ride and as I came out of my apartment and went to stop I couldnt and by luck there was no one coming and could go across the road. They had screwed my caliper up and caused it to leak and wouldnt fix the issue. Im done having anything to do with them. This was the 2nd time having issues with their work and them not fixing the issue. I heard of others having problems as well but I wasnt sure how true it was. Boy do I know now.

Needed help badly with a motorcycle tire, called this place 6 times in two days, not once did anyone pick up the phone to help me, after being asked what I needed, after waiting on hold, from 3 to 5 minutes, no hometown help at all, absolutely pitiful.
