I wanted to update this review. Jason the Parts manager called back to follow up. Apparently Polaris miss packaged the part with the wrong part number and I did find the packaging with the right part number (wrong part) in it. He WILL ship my part overnight after it comes in from Polaris. At least they are willing to work with you but you must speak with a manager if you have a problem.////////. WARNING!! Do not order parts from these people. Ordered victory parts. They shipped the wrong part (2 LH brackets instead of LH/RH). When I called they refused to ship part overnight then I found out they don’t even have the parts they order them from Polaris. Do not waste your time. //////////

The parts department is very courteous and knowledgeable, Very fast on getting the parts you need or the usually have them in stock. I’ve always called when I need a big part and they would have it the next day or in the middle of the week so I could have my RZR ready for the weekend. The Sales Department in my mind is the best in the business, By far the most knowledgeable and quickest on getting you in a new RZR or Anything the have. I have never been disappointed in the 12 yrs I’ve been doing business with them. Jason is the best in the business at sales and parts knowledge and can get you whatever you messed whether it be a new machine or parts. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

Jason ashcraft and his guys are amazing! was having clutch issues on my machine and they took it in no questions asked which is alot more than what I can say about the dealer I bought it from! As others have shared, their online sales department can be misleading and/or inaccurate.Larger items that they define as freight will recieve an additional shipping charge. The problem is freight designated items arent defined when making the purchase. I didnt recieve the additional shipping charge until the following day!Their cover is telling the customer the additional cost is stated in the terms when you pay... Time to find a better sales tactic!

I placed an online order for some replacement decals for my machine, the dealer I bought my machine from gave me all the wrong part numbers which I didnt know until they arrived, I contacted them and returned the wrong ones and purchased the right ones I found on my own, not only were the prices a lot less, but the customer service was second to none, Katlyn, always returned my emails and answered my questions, I would not hesitate to buy any parts I need in the future from them! Worst sales experience ever. Sales person didn’t introduce himself or even ask our names. Not one feature was explained to us about the Ranger 1000. The only thing he did was sign us up. I had to watch a YouTube video to understand the features of the vehicle.

Found the part I needed on their website and it was a little cheaper than other dealers. Hmm I thought Polaris has a fixed retail? So I paid for it plus 49 in shipping. 10 mins later I get a email stating I owe 167 more dollars for shipping. Deceptive selling practices, beware. Reported to Polaris corporate.
Purchased several parts for my 2013 Victory Hammer from Don Woods Victory website and got exactly what I ordered at great prices. Worked with Krystina over email on a few questions and requests and she was very accommodating. Will absolutely order from them again should I need any more parts for my bike.

I was shopping for motorcycles online and saw the one I wanted at Don Wood, but I lived in Columbus and wasnt sure about making the drive to Athens. Needless to say I made the trip one afternoon and was very glad I did. They knew I was traveling back to Columbus and made sure that I was ready for my trip back home after I made my purchase. Im from the city where people are too busy to care about others so it was nice to be treated how people SHOULD be treated. Definitely worth the trip :)
They do my annual service on the ATV. We had a mix up with keys. To make it right, they drove my keys to my residence in Columbus. Exceeding expectations is an understatement!
My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Don wood Polaris such as a side by side, 4 wheeler, Harley Davidson motorcycle as well as from Don wood Ford And Don Wood in Logan such as two jeeps, a cadillac and two ford trucks. We have had our vehicles serviced there as well. Anytime there is a problem they are right on top of it to correct the issue. They always try to get our vehicles in as quick as possible and back to us as quick as possible. The service department at Polaris is the best. We never have any issues with calling and getting an appointment to get our 4 wheeler or side by side serviced and we will continue to use them. We would highly recommended Don wood to our friends and family.
Ordered on line, recd an order confirmation and credit card was charged. Was billed 79$ for about 6 pounds worth of product so I assumed it would be going out Next Day Air from Ohio to Illinois. After about 5 days and no notification of shipping or delay from them - I emailed them. No reply. I called them they told they didnt have the part - but that they would have it in a few more days and would ship it out. I Asked why 79$ for shipping, I was told thats just the way it is. I said I know you can ship that for around 10-15$ whats the deal? So I asked to cancel the order, the guy on the phone abruptly and rudely says No problem its cancelledand hangs up. A few minutes later another very apologetic guy calls back and explains all of the problems with their website and shipping and the guy I previously talked didnt know what he was talking about. The second guy discounted the shipping and O agreed to proceed with the order, But next Time Ill order direct from Polaris, its way easier. Bottom line Dont order on line from this place.
Communication was excellent with Roger who answered all my questions promptly and replied back to me every time both by phone and email. He took an exceptional amount of time to go over the vehicle with me the night I came down and made the purchase seamless and enjoyable!
I was researching some parts for my 2010 hammer, Don Woods had better Parts availability, and the prices were 10 to 30% cheaper than anybody else on the internet, even including guys on eBay selling used parts! Although $15 for shipping a 3-oz part that would fit in a padded envelope was a little steep.

I have had parts ordered from this place over a week. I inquire about parts i have ordered and now they want to charger me $135 more in shipping after I have already paid for the parts and shipping. Im in Indiana and they are in Ohio and its been over a week!

They would make alot of money that way as it would help Ppl out who cant financially it.

I was fortunate enough to have great weather so I could take the bike for a ride. By the time I got back from my ride Kody had all the paperwork ready to be signed. Ordered a Polaris part online and received a call about the confirmed order a day later. Claimed that shipping for an oversized boxed part was $200 for a $185 part. I cancelled the order and the credit card charge was supposedly reversed. I see several similar complaints posted online. i will be contacting Polaris and the BBB.

Unbelievable service! Called in on a used ATV but wasnt able to go down that day. These guys held the machine for me for an entire week until I could go down! That in itself Is unheard of ! I personally delt with Roger and Kody and both made the buying of the machine a breeze.
Same story as a few of the other reviewers. Ordered some snowmobile parts, was charged and got a confirmation email. A few days later I got an email stating my order was cancelled. No reason given for the cancellation. I called to check into it and was told they cant sell sled parts. I said, so you allowed me the buy these parts online but you dont even sell them? All I heard was crickets (aka nothing). What a joke. Thanks for wasting my time.
Called them in the morning at 9am about a bike they had listed on their website and was told they would call me back. Called 2 other times and was still unable to get a answer. Drove two hours to the store and the sales guy was just sitting at his desk when I arrived. Asked about the bike and they said it sold. Bike was still listed on the site and they couldnt spend 2 minutes giving me a call.
When I interviewed I was told I wasnt the type of person they thought their customers would except... WTH?
If only I could enter zero stars for this review....If youre an online shopper, shop elsewhere. Heres my personal experience with this place:I ordered a snowmobile carb part for an upcoming trip I had planned forever, and the wifes sled had just puked out carb wise. This place (which has parts listed on its site for every polaris sled ever made), took my order, sent me a confirmation email, charged my credit card, then the day I was expecting the part to arrive, I received a phone call saying they DONT EVEN SELL SNOWMOBILE PARTS! They talked to me like I was an idiot for expecting them to fill an order they readily took, confirmed, and charged me for!!!!Now a weekend I had planned forever will be a sled short, thanks to these folks. Great job guys!I wouldnt return to this place for anything, ever. Theyre a blemish on the great name of Polaris...

Ordered part online and received wrong part, returned it and got no refund after I was told they would. I Have e-mailed them but got no response. Bad customer service!
I was stuck in McArthur Ohio with a bad rear tire, not only did they check old inventory for the tire the offered to come get with trailer if I broke on route, tech then volunteered to stay after and install the tire.
Most purchases are through the online service. So far I have not really had any major issues.

Purchased a new 2017 Polaris RZR 900 S from Don Wood Polaris. Two weeks after I started having issues with the battery dying. Don Wood Stepped to the plate and took care of everything.
