Was excited to get 3 cabinet doors replaced sent to me after 20 years ! I said wow they are going to stand behind their products! We paid extra for the life time warranty...got A reply today, misuse of cabinets... they don’t carry color anymore .will look fir color and give you a quote???? What

Working with Cabinet Restylers has been an absolutely great experience. The staff at Cabinet Restylers was knowledgeable about the product, interested in our project, and overall very friendly. Not to mention the cabinets look absolutely amazing! I would recommend these guys to everyone!

Following is my opinion of my experience with this company. I had reservations about the dealer that represented cabinet Restylers . I contacted the company to gain references on this dealer. They told me they completely vett the dealership before they are allowed to distribute and install the product.I also called and spoke to one of the owners during my project about all of the problems I was having with their current dealer. They assured me they would take care of it.The dealer ordered cabinets without us ever seeing a color swatch. They ordered the island cabinets without allowing us to choose the color as well. When they installed the island, they used screws that were too long and caused approximately 20 dimples in the back of the island which are highly visible. Three or four of the drawers that were installed are very difficult to open.One of the shelf brackets that their dealer installed was faulty and therefore the shelf came loose and hundreds of dollars of pottery were destroyed.The sink cabinet that was ordered was the wrong style. It was ordered for a traditional drop in sink and we had a farm sink ordered. So, the dealer re-fabricated the cabinet for the sink and it is definitely noticeable as a reworked cabinet. The cabinet above the refrigerator was a 1 foot cabinet and should have been a 2 foot cabinet. Therefore we had to re-order the cabinet above the refrigerator. This came out of our pocket.The dealer walked off the job in the middle of my remodel. They said they owe me nothing and I owe them nothing more than what I had already paid them . It was after this that I found all the dimples in the back of the island. I then approached cabinet restylers to see if they would stand behind their product and their choice of dealers. They decided not to and told me to go back to the company that installed my cabinets. The problem is, they no longer are a dealer according to my understanding and no longer do this kind of work. So, I am completely out of luck.The cabinets seem to be OK. However, I always expect service when I pay that kind of money for a product. I have the product but service has been little to none.I will most likely never deal with this product or company again.
