As a newer resident to the area, I needed some urgent repairs to my vehicle. AAA towed my car to this place and I called Bob the next morning.He was very informative about the situation and advised me what needed to be done.I had my car back in record timing. Bob was funny and the services provided here were a notch above the rest. He made me feel confident in driving my vehicle away and I will continue to return for any other vehicle needs!10/10 Ive already recommended them!

I had an fantastic experience with Bob and the team at Ashland Service Center. I had an emergency and needed an alternator replaced on a Friday before the weekend. Bob made sure to take care of everything, for a very reasonable price, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

My sons car was towed here by AAA when he got stuck in a parking lot in Ashland. We live out of town and were really at their mercy. They were amazingly wonderful and fixed what was wrong quickly and charged a reasonable fee. They suggested other issues for when we get back home to our usual mechanic. I was so impressed with them that I had them do the additional work too. They are about 25 miles from home but I am hoping to use them as our regular mechanic in the future. I cant recommend them highly enough....you wont be sorry if you use them.

My car was towed to ashland service center after I had a blown out tire. When I got to the garage bob was able to replace my tires and get me going again within an hour. Bob provided fantastic customer service, prices, and kindness on a poor day. I would recommend him and his team to anyone in need of a repair.

The staff does great work and the prices are fair. During a visit for recent brake job Bob let me know about the price difference for standard pads vs. ceramic pads. The price difference was minimal considering the ceramic pads last longer and provide better braking performance. I was not pressured one way or another and Bob took the time to explain the advantages of both options.

I contacted Bob to do a pre-purchase inspection as I live In Maine but was thinking about buying a used truck for my daughter in Mass. He was great to deal with and beyond fair. Even followed up after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. Wish I lived closer as I’d have him do all my repairs. Thank you!!

Does great work yet charges to much for labor when the parts doesnt cost that much. You pay for the time your car is in on the lift. Bobby is the best guy so I still go with the high labor cost.

Bob *and* his staff are incredible. Not only incredible, but equally helpful. They are fast and efficient. Weve used them several times, and they are officially now our go-to guys. It was a pleasure doing business with the Goochs at Ashland Service Center. I had issue which caused my car to fail the state inspection. Bob is honest, professional and they do great work. Was towed here when my car broke down on the way to work because they were AAA reccomended.Turned out to be great luck, as I had a bad alternator AND a connection issue that only stopped it from starting sometimes.The staff here was friendly and, most importantly, went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fully repaired.
