Had a terrible experience here that wasted a month of my time. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. If you do find yourself speaking with the owner, take what he has to say with a grain of salt. He will act in his interest only, and leave the customer in the lurch. Avoid at all costs!

I drove an hour away from my home town, to come look and test drive a Mazda 3 and bought it the same day. This is the first and last place you need to stop by when buying a preowned vehicle. The owner Jose is like his cars extremely honest and trustworthy. I was sick of going to dealerships or auto body’s that we’re putting ads on their site showcasing cars that I thought were great and reasonably priced only to find out that they were in horrible condition and it would be a risk to take the car home. Most of these car dealerships waste your time and are out to make a quick buck on you rather than help you find a car that will be reliable and worth every cent of your hard earned money. The owner of this store takes extreme pride in his work and business. I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. And made sure to do just about everything I asked for.Its only been 2 weeks so I cant say much longevity wise but they were great to work with and I cant say anything bad about them! I bought a pre-owned car that I saw listed on a website. I called to ask about the car on a Saturday and went there to test drive and purchase it that same day. There was an issue with my payment method and the transaction did not go through the first time. Jose was very patient and waited for me while I was on hold with my bank on the phone for over 20 minutes. He had been in the situation before and assured me that he had seen the issue resolved before as well. I would not have even known why my payment method didnt go through if not for his experience. Finally, the issue was resolved and I bought the car. It was my first time ever buying a car. He had connections with a car insurance company and helped me contact an agent to get insurance. Jose also got the car registered at the DMV for me, got the plates and got the car inspected. I bought the car on Saturday and picked it up 3 days later on the following Tuesday. It may have been even quicker if it wasnt during the weekend. I went to New Beginnings to pick up the car in a ride share after I got off of work and it was near the time they closed. I called Jose to let him know that I was on my way and he told me that he already left for the day, but would come back to give me the keys. When I got there he was waiting for me. It looked like his family was with him and he was in his slippers like he was relaxing at home and got up just to help me out. The car was shiny and polished. He handed me they keys, told me everything was all set and all I had to do was drive it. I was a first time customer, but Jose was easy work with like we have known each other for a long time. I had a very good experience working with Hector on the purchase of my 2003 Subaru Outback. I had actually taken my test drive before they had it worked on by their mechanics. Since I had traveled for an hour and a half to see the car I agreed to purchase it that day, despite the fact it needed some exhaust correction as well as work on the brakes. Once they had it in the shop they found it needed more than they or I imagined. They did the work both on the exhaust system (new from front to back) and new parts concerning the brakes. I know they reached deeper into their pockets than they had planned to make sure I drove away in a reliable and safe car. Many thanks for their honesty and integrity. Loving the car!

This place is terrible. Nothing but lies and junk cars. No knowledge of their vehicles. Salesmen are rude beyond belief.

I recently bought a 2000 Toyota Celica from this dealer and I can honestly say that after three cars this was my first pleasant experience at a used car dealership. My dealer was Hector he was a very kind and honest i went to look at a Lexus and before i even opened the hood he told me that it had just failed inspection. Also that he would make any repairs on the car they may have missed for no extra charge. I would recommend this dealership to anybody.
