Have had great service here many times. They will let you use the code reader to check and clear your own codes. Will pull and hold parts for you, or have them sent from other stores when needed.

Guys dont want to do their jobs, negative no matter what time of day, and very unprofessional. Very resistant to read check engine lights and so forth. Just a big scam.

Ur, uh Im not sure how many stars to give. Last winter in the ice I bought chains there, this employee, an older gentleman with long hair in a pony tail helped me install them, what a great person. Last week I went in for trans fluid, this middle aged tall, obese guy with short blond hair checked my car and told me I needed the expensive Dexron VI when it turns out all I really needed was the Dexron III. Oh well, I guess its just a matter of who you run into no any given day.

This is Napa. There was a little confusion when we first came to town. It seemed as if there were two Napa stores. Now that we have all the correct names on the outside of our stores, please come check us out. We are here seven days a week.

Needed a new headlight and the staff was very helpful. They even let me borrow some tools to install it.
