Helpful place when I need a part if they dont have it they can get it for within 2 days

I appreciate that the guys who work here know what theyre talking about and are willing to share their experience. I can get in and out of the store quickly and leave smarter than when I started. ... Friendly and quick witted staff.

Always act like you don’t know anything about about cars but they do. Told the guy since they do wiper blade installation that he can install my wiper blades. Dude didn’t even know how too. What a joke this place is. Google everything yourself instead of going to these car part stores for help.

My battery was dead dead dead. Stopped into this AutoZone location, manager Lyndon was very helpful and replaced my battery to help me get back on the road. Couldnt ask for better service. And Im usually pretty hard to please.

Everyone there is awesome. All workers will go out of their way to get you what you need and crystal is very knowledgeable and helpful I never worry about going in there I know I will be treated well.

I was able to go in and find what i needed.

The customer service was really bad. My girlfriend and I went in to return 2 cores. After that we asked if we could use their diagnostic test to find out what was causing a light on her dash to come on. The store manager had a nasty tone and was not friendly at all. He didnt offer any solutions other than to contact the dealership and seemed disinterested in conversation. Another male cashier that tried to help did a much better job. He was thorough, to the point, and quick to help. I didnt get his name, but thank you for your help sir.

Seem like they never have what u need they always have to order it ..and they are more expensive than Orallys

I bought my alternator and I installed without issue. The staff was very helpful and my problem was solved completely.

Extremely helpful, changed out our bulb for us even though it was tricky and the weather conditions were far less than favorable...highly recommend!!

They have parts, can get parts or direct you to the right place.Some of the people who work there are knowledgeable and friendly.Some of the people who work there are knowledgeable.And some hate people because they are bitter.So its a roll of the dice who you may happen upon.

Usually have the parts I need in stock or can get relatively quickly. Some of the staff is knowledgeable. Yet other staff members ask for your vin to look up wiper blades.

Great prices love the lifetime warranty and the ability to go to AutoZone anywhere to return parts or exchange warranty parts and you dont have to keep your receipt because its all in the system. AutoZone Rewards are the best

I needed help purchasing new wiper blades for my car. The clerk was super nice, but very reluctant to recommend a wiper brand. I also needed a snow brush. When I inquired if they still had any, he pointed and said aisle 7. I began walking in that direction and he turned and escorted me to them. Once my selection was made, he jack rabbited back to the check out counter to ring up my purchases. He installed the wipers for me and after testing to see that they were properly installed, I was on my way

The gentleman that changed my battery in the cold and rain was very pleasant and very nice he needs a pay raise. Thank you very much

My truck broke down and after stopping at 3 auto mechanic shops, who treated me horribly, we limped into this AutoZone. They were friendly and kind and very knowledgeable . We got the parts for my 2000 Nissan Frontier at a fair price. Even a gentleman named Rich helped us so that we could get on back to North Carolina. I went to 3 damn yankee shops....but these guys at AutoZone restored my faith in human kindness and dignity. Sometimes great service can be shown through compassion, a genuine smile, and a helping hand. I cant thank them enough!

AutoZone lately has not had anything that I need I would honestly take my business to Advance Auto or Summit Racing they are about the same and quality and service some its a little further drive but I dont mind going that far just to get Quality Parts instead of non performing parts thanks for listening to my Rants and Raves other than that the people are super great at the counter

More often than not they have good advice as well as good customer service, recommended over other parts stores.

Best place in town for auto parts! The staff is always willing to help and give hints to get done what needs done.

I go here alot but got some new employees at night shift and no clue what they r doing. Will just go during the day where the seasoned employees are. Took 30 mins to try to find my part and asked for my vin number etc and still no brakes for my 2000 Ford ranger. Went down the street and no problem and no hassle and handed me my part

Not the 1st time this has happened but called in to exchange my brake pads on my 02 silverado that ive had for 16 years. when we looked up the pads to see what ones i had they werent in the system. lady was very nice and said shed get the manager. manager gets on and tells me last time i changed my front brakes was 2006 and i got my money back. 12 years ago....apparently i havent changed my front brakes in 12 years. when i call him on this he states thats what the computer says in a sarcastic voice. doesnt offer anything else. last time purchasing from these people.

Sometimes I get good help, usually not. Had one girl tell me the front shaft rear ujoint was the rear shaft, several times. Got wrong ujoint for front tire on my jeep. Needed rubber grommet for my tank pcv, told I had to buy the fuel pump, which I knew was wrong cause I had. The grommets were on the back shelf. Then I needed hose for a fuel filler neck, told they had nothing. At least advanced tried and sold me a radiator hose ( that worked great ). A couple good people, but the dollar saved isnt worth the rude ones. Napa or advanced only from here on.

The computer system would not let us use our rewards it was very frustrating and the employees at everything they could to help us. Corporate just has their head up their ass.
