I am so impressed with this body shop. I brought my Tesla here after it was damaged by falling trees after a storm. I couldn’t believe the quality of their work. The car was drastically more beautiful than when I first bought it. Their work is impeccable and they have even provided service and answered questions for me months after they completed the initial work. Anyone able to bring their car here should count themselves lucky.

I was in a nasty car accident, the rear of my vehicle was a disaster. Hollis took care of everything, they came to my work, towed my vehicle, helped me get into a rental and put the car back together in 30 days. The car was delivered back to me SPOTLESS! It looked better than before the accident. I am thrilled and super grateful

I cannot thank Hollis Auto Body enough. I was rear ended at a good clip and they were recommended by my Lexus dealership. Hollis very professional performances was excellent. They use Enterprise and you would expect quality rentals. I was not impressed. Being a high end client the rental was disappointing.

From start to finish, everything went as smoothly as possible. Hollis Auto Body handled all of the communication with my insurance company, so all I had to do was drop my car off for service and pick it up when it was ready. They even handled the drop off and pick up of my rental car on my behalf. I cannot recommend Hollis Auto Body enough! Thanks for making the experience so easy.

I will not take another vehicle here.The first time I went and I got my quote to have my car fixed it was good. I dropped it off about a week later and got it back after about 4 weeks (Which was excessive for a front fender and front wheel impact). The the 2nd time I brought it back after the initial repair was for a terrible shake in my steering wheel at highway driving speeds 65mph+. They told me it was because I had “cheap tires” and that my rotors and pads needed to be replaced. I said ok to that and had it looked at by another mechanic who said my breaks and rotors were wearing fine and that my tires were wearing as evenly as they could. This 3rd and most recent visit I had them look at it again and all they looked at was the balance in my tire and wheel, only the one they replaced. The question I got when the front office person came out was “We will not do this again for you. We are busy and we had to put another car out to have your car put on a lift.” And the question that followed were “Where did you get your new tires?” To which my response was “I never said I had new tires.” The rep then told me “I would get new tires and brakes/rotors because your tires are cheap.”Also after reading the standards for Hollis Auto-BodyExcellence:Technicians return EVERY CAR to factory standards. We believe our tolerance is better than factory tolerances.&Safety:You should have peace-of-mind knowing your car is safe after a repair. We complete a 20 point safety inspection before your car is delivered.I don’t feel that my car meets either of those two standards in which they have listed on the website.I can’t believe that I have had this bad of service from a luxury auto-body repair center.

The nicest people I have ever met. My car needed minor repairs and they fixed it fast and efficiently. Made it look brand new too! The attention to detail and family like feel are unbeatable.

You know that feeling when you need a good auto body shop because your car is brand new but you dont really know who can be trusted or if the price is fair...well this is the place your fears really go away. Since the very first visit Roni and his crew gave me a red carpet treatment and the price was the best one comparing to tow other quotes I had from other places. Fixed up my car excellently. Only reason i took a star off is because of it wasn’t covered by insurance it would have been a fortune for seemingly not fortune worthy damage.

Based on what they quoted me - seems obvious how this body shop is making money. On customers who ether dont care (as most of the time work is covered by insurance) or have no idea about real numbers in this business.I am not new to body shop business and know the appropriate pricing (had 12 sport luxury cars in my past and am a dream customer to any body shop). But this guys blew all records! They quoted me triple digits than what the repairs really cost. If you are paying cash - stay away!!!

My Lexus SUV was rear-ended on Route 95 by a careless driver on a Monday morning....needless to say that my day started off quite poorly. Enter Hollis Auto Body and their representative, Ronald. The bottom line on this facility? They embody the personification of professionalism, respect, high-quality work & materials and efficiency. I cannot recommend them enough!

These guys have a ridiculous amount of attention to detail. The insurance comoany lowballed the repair estimate to my Q5 door damage at a few hundred as insurance companies always do. They brought the insurance company in twice to correctly fix the damage which ended in the thousands. I seriously cant tell theres been any work done on the door, awesome!

I have to say first and for most Frank is one of the nices guys I ever met in my life and Ive met 10s of thousands. He went way out of his way for me before he ever met me, a real stand up guy. Not to mention the entire staff are professional and courteous.The work done on my Audi was top notch and on time. The paint job was impeccable. Spending my whole life around cars and even working in body shops, I have an eye for detail and these guys dont miss anything, even removed two dents unrelated to the accident and never told me, they just did it.If youre question where to bring your high end vehicle, as I did, think no more, Hollis Autobody is the place.
