Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Butler Ford! I reserved the new base model Bronco back in February, and was led through the entire process by Craig each step of the way. They were fully transparent that it would be sometime to have the vehicle delivered, due to chip manufacturing delays, but I was kept apprised of any news/ Bronco events, etc each month. When it arrived, both Craig and Rocky made the trade in/ buying process as smooth and seamless as possible. They respected the MSRP price as it was a personal reservation, found the lowest APR I’ve ever had on a vehicle and we’re very fair in my trade in value. The Broncos are taking some time to be mass produced, but if you have any interest in getting one, make sure to see these gentlemen and they will be fair/ transparent and very helpful every step of the way! Fantastic van buying experience! We worked closely with Rocky to special order a van and found the process to be incredibly smooth and very efficient. We were initially told it could be up to 6 months to receive our van, but it arrived in less than 4 months. When we went to pick up the van, all the paperwork was ready to go and we were in and out of there in less than an hour. Check the internet prior to making a purchase. I was in the market for a new truck. Located a truck on the Ford website that showed in inventory and available at butler ford. I tend to support local companies whenever possible, however price gouging does not earn my business. The truck was available but the sales manager Kevin wanted to charge me $6,000 over MSRP because of the chip shortage. Its kinda like the price gouging of people hoarding toilet paper. Needles to say I found someone online who would sell me the truck for MSRP with a rebate added on top of that. In addition they delivered the truck to my house within 48 hours. Check online prior to making any purchase.

We had a very bad experience with them. Steve, the sales person treated us like little kids and didn’t listen to what we wanted. He tried to show us older model trucks when we told him we were looking for a new one. He tried to tell us there would be no rebates on a truck and that we were going to be charged full price when that was inaccurate information. He ended up going to get a manager and we talked to him. The manager tried to make things right, but at this point we didn’t want them to have our business. We won’t be going back. We hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

If i could put 0 stars i absolutely would. i bought a car about 2 years ago and recently took it in for my transmission being repaired. basically this dealership sold me the car with this transmission problem and not only this, they zip tied and glued my wires that connect everything to my transmission making it nearly impossible to repair without tearing apart my transmission. i’m beyond mad and beyond annoyed, the warranty for the parts are out of date but i am now looking at forking out almost everything my husband and i have to repair their mistakes

I bought a truck from crater lake ford a few years ago and when the check engine light came on I went back to have them run a diagnosis to find out what was wrong and they were going to change me like 150 bucks to run it so I went to butler and they ran the diagnostics for free turned out to be an ignition coil, then went to their parts department and Matt was great got the part pt it in all good. Since then I havent gone anywhere else since then my family have bought 3 vehicles from them, have always worked with Rocky and Joel they are awesome and I wont buy a vehicle anywhere or have work done on them anywhere else

I would never take my truck back here!I took my F-150 in for a diagnosis thinking that surely a Ford dealer would be reliable and decent... Sadly, they managed to create a leak that COULD HAVE RUINED MY TRANSMISSION...My transmission fluid was high when I checked it before bringing it in (I checked it using the correct procedure per the owners manual), but I had never added fluid (I bought the truck in January).The service department proceeded to tell me that it was leaking everywhere and I needed a new transmission. How was it leaking everywhere and still so high?? No explanation... When I picked up my truck it was actively leaking coming out of their garage. It leaked all the way to the transmission shop, and wound up 2.5 quarts low! There is no way it was doing this before visiting the dealership.
