Expensive. House was amazing, grounds and gardens not as kept up as I would have expected. Interior of Biltmore was dusty. My self guided tour handset went off with a loud alarm. My husband and I just stood there and waited for a attendant to help us. A guard came in about 4 minutes. He never spoke. He took the alarm/tour listening device. Out of my hand. I said why is that alarm on? He turned his back to me. No answer. I said again louder..why is that alarm on? He kept walking, totally ignoring me. It was very abrupt!Is this how a guest is treated? I believe the battery just died. Good thing I didnt get tazed.Beware of the guards. Very upsetting.

They missed the color. Tried to correct it and missed. The store manager said we will start over. They nailed it. Thanks. Will be back.

The staff at this location are top notch. I primarily deal with Wes, but the whole team is dedicated to delivering the best service possible. As a professional painter I am in and out of paint stores on a daily basis, but this store shines the brightest. Can’t recommend them enough!

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Also, Benjamin Moore is the best paint for indoors. We were looking for Benjamin Moore paint at Lowes and they didnt carry it. Its their loss, because Mountain Paint and Decorating did and we felt great supporting a local business. We went with the Forrest Green Matte Finish to compliment our wood grained floors.

Every employee in this store has been extremely helpful! I have to give a shout out to Wes though, he spent over 2 hours helping me create my vision. He just got it. He brought up things I didnt think of, he made the whole experience pleasant. I have been using Aura paint since it came out.. it is the best.. bar none. Goes on like butter, dont need to spend more money for 2nd coats. In a pinch I have gone to the competition and I get some 20 year old, that doesnt know the answers to my questions, they never have the supplies I need in stock and I have made expensive mistake because they lack knowledge of Benjamin Moore employees.
