I love that this is an all female, family run business! Every time I come by the store, I am greeted by funny and familiar faces. They make you feel like family and are very low pressure. The inventory changes all the time and one of a kind pieces fill up my entire house. I highly recommend supporting this small business in Asheville.

Lots of furniture and accessories. This store is pretty big. Calling it frugal is a stretch. Simple and low cost isn’t what I found. I saw lots of beautiful high priced pieces. It’s like the high end consignment shop. We still enjoyed looking around, the store just wasn’t what we thought it would be.We found the service to be friendly when they did engage.

The website is extremely deceiving, clearly trying to target a certain audience. Upon making the trek to their location, you are greeted by mostly big, heavy, outdated furniture, not in alignment with how they present themselves publicly. As as vintage store owner, I know that inventory is always changing, but this is day and night from their website. Ironically, no one was there to greet us, which made the experience to the dark, quiet showroom even stranger.

Beautiful furniture and accessories all looking brand new at really amazing low pricing for the upscale quality of their store. Sales staff is friendly and helpful but courteous enough to allow you to take all the time you need to browse and shop for perfect and select merchandise. Absolutely the smartest way to furnish and accessorize your entire home or apartment without spending a fortune.

A great selection of very nice furniture items. I visited over 10 new and used furniture stores without finding what I wanted. And here I found it and am very happy with my new table and the price I paid for it. I expect to return to Frugal.

This place has a lot of space with high quality items. I purchased at least four items on my first visit. A good variety of styles and different items available.

Nice quality inventory. Rude and aloof employees.Talk endlessly on the phone instead of helpingin-store customers, and when they end their phone call(and customers are standing near them to talk with them)they dial someone else and continue talking on the phone.Have had this happen during at least 3 visits to this store.Extremely rude and annoying employees !! Nice stuff,but horrible staff.
