Great store with an awesome selection of shoes, bags, hats and outdoor clothing!

Ordered a jacket online and it arrived with lightening speed. Was very excited to find the jacket we wanted as it was sold out at all the other retailers we checked. The package came with a hand written note, which was just such a great touch. Very pleased with my experience and excited to visit the store in person one day!

Great store with really cool, interesting and comfortable clothes. I love my Astral shoes! They fit like a glove so I have two pairs! Great bags and love the Free Fly stuff.

Couldn’t be happier with my several experiences here. I got my favorite hat and favorite pair of shoes at Roanline! The owners are friendly and great at what they do. The products they carry are selected with such intentionality, I feel I could pick something out with a blindfold on and still be thrilled with what I got. They didn’t have the shoes I wanted in my size, but they shipped them to me quickly and for free, with a hand-written thank you note on top! Thanks y’all!

Purchased some sandals online from Roanline. Contacted company within 14 days to ask to return since they werent comfortable. Sandals still brand new not worn outside. Roanline customer service said sale was final and no returns allowed. Online buyers beware!What kind of online company selling shoes or sandals doesnt allow the customer to return a product if it doesnt fit. There comment back was to be fair to all customers they cant allow the return. Be fair to all customers and alow returns if they dont fit.
