This place is awesome. Its kind of like Hot Topic but a lot more mellow and with more Disney items. Its more for the younger kids. Plus your not as cramped trying to go down the aisles as like in Hot Topic. Its very bright, clean and organized. Its a really fun place to shop.

While shopping myself and my friend were profiled and followed throughout the store. A man kept coming out of an office and talking to the cashier who was watching us like a hawk while we simply looked at pins and we heard him say that she was putting something in her pocket when she was simply taking her money out while checking out. The man wasnt very quiet when he told the cashier to get our information and the cashier heavily insisted for us to sign up for the awards program, which she did before I told her all I heard from him. As we left every worker went into the back room after he told them to come check the cameras. This is ridiculous, we arent criminals and shouldnt be treated as such. Not coming back 💅

Used to be a great place, but it seems like theyve way downsized their Funko stock in the last year.

Great selection for Disney things you wont normally find elsewhere unless you can get to Disney. Better selections then the actual Disney store.

Passive aggressive employees stalked me while I shopped. You have to love being profiled while holding shopping bags. Its amazing how prejudice shows while wearing a mask. Ive been in this store multiple times before but this is the first time Ive ever been uncomfortable. Ryan and the female associate this day were particularly observant. I was in office work attire -_-. Asked for a emailed receipt, the associate Ben hit the button for paper like he didnt hear me. I asked him about it and he blew it off like it was my fault with a sparky tone. Cool merchandise, terrible employees.

I love this place!! The workers are extremely friendly and the store has such cool stuff. Once when I was sick, a very sweet worker (can’t remember his name, he was tall and had brown hair) offered me a cough drop. It sounds pretty minor, but I appreciated it so much!!

Its like a less claustrophobic Hot Topic with better lighting and less band merch. The prices are still astronomical but it goes to a good cause in the end so I cant gripe too much. They usually have a decent discount section too.

Alright. So this place not only gives a portion of their profits to feed others, which is remarkable by itself, but they ALSO are super friendly. My toddler decided to pitch a fit and the staff were so kind, even offered to let her walk around, even it meant her tearing up the store, because it kept her happy. Love this store.

Processing took two days. Then it took two days from the time the shipping label was created for the item to ship. It took well over a week (5-7 days was the time they said it would take) for the item to arrive and I actually paid for shipping. If you order online, don’t expect speedy service or speedy customer service. This was my first time ordering from here and it was an incredibly frustrating experience.

Pretty pricey, but sometimes they have some terrific sales. People are always friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing! The people are friendly and helpful. There is so much to choose from like Star Wars, Disney, Dr. Who, I even think I saw RugRats. I could have just bought a t-shirt or could have redecorated my bathroom. This place has so much interesting stuff to choose from.
