I’ve always enjoyed pacsun clothes and i was so excited that i finally had a store in my town. the customer service in this store is absolutely horrible.i’ve never had a good experience here. they stare you down and look mad and they’re accusing. these people need to be educated on basic respect and customer service. never shopping here again.

The lady that helped my son and myself was very pleasant and knowledgeable!! The store was really clean and the selection was decent especially for it being right after Christmas!!!

The quality of the clothes has never disappointed me but the employees that work here are rude and dont seem to know much about customer service. I dont enjoy my shopping experience here at all and will not be returning.

Wish I could give zero stars. Never had a good experience here, employees are very rude. I love their clothes but today was the last time I will be shopping in pacsun. Rude customer service is not acceptable. Especially when it’s consistently bad customer service. The employees also give off a bad vibe by staring at you the entire time. It seems as if they are judging you from the minute you walk in. Just not a positive environment.

Overpriced brand name apparel for people who like to buy overpriced apparel with brand names blazoned across them. There is also a vibe of competition with Urban Outfitters going on here.
